i have another question. On this site i have chages a picture from the demo with mine and have used the same original name while i thought this can change the pictures, while i did not find an upload function on this site. And this did not work so the original demo is gone and now i could not the the slider text which are lying on the picture, because the text is white and the Site too. Is WP Bakery included in this purchase?
And how is load speed with this theme? (our host is SiteGround GoGeek so hopefully don’t have to go to dedicated to get a decent load speed) I’ll always make sure there is the least amount of plugin bloat as possible.
And how is responsive? Mobile phone especially is a concern.

Hi, we are interested of this theme but have a few questions: 1) How is this page set up: https://silverscreen.qodeinteractive.com/filmography-home/ Is is a plain page builder page with videos implemented one by one or is it taking the data from some source (portfolio or blog etc) 2) Is is possible to show frontpage with smaller video-boxes instaed of these big ones that make the frontpage really long? 3) I noted in the docs that it is possible to show videos on the portfolio but could not find an example of this. Can you please send a link where I can see a portfolio list (archive) with at least one video showing instead of an image

1. This is a portfoli list. Each portfolio item has a ‘featured video’ field in which you can add a video link (Youtube, Vimeo…). This video will be played by clicking on the portfolio item in the portfolio list, but it will not be displayed on the portfolio item page. You can use the Portfolio Video section to set your video(s) that will be displayed on the portfolio item page.
2. In this particular layout, the image size can’t be changed, You can choose the layout of the image (original, square, portrait, landscape).
3. Unfortunately, we don’t have this on our live demo.

Hi, still about this Filmography-home page layout. Is there some limit how many videos we can show on the frontpage? Will they all show at once or is there some Load More function if we want to show a long list of videos on frontpage?

Great theme, I noticed that with the “Horizontal Showcase” and the “Trailer Showcase” when viewing on a mobile (iphone) the videos are really tiny with no option for full screen, so they are hard to see.

I am not sure what happend. I logged into my website after many month. All Headlines which had been using Section Title Elements have not been shown in the Frontend – instaead there was a code visable like this [vc_row full.. section-tile…> I had the same before with another theme when Theme changed Elements. Maybe my update was much too long after my last installation.. maybe 12 month or more. So I updated wordpress and the theme and all former section title elements now shown in the backend as empty space elements… Does not really matter, I added the 4 headlines per page again as normal text elements…

Dear Silverscreen Team, I purchased the theme 1 year ago and my support is expired. Now checking the website I get for Sliderrevolution the following error “Vimeo Froogaloop Api could not be loaded” – so I updated the theme to latest version but Sliderrevolution is not updated with the latest theme version and now all headlines = section titles are converted into empty spaces??? Never experienced so many problems with a theme after update…

Hello, we purchased the theme and got problems with the portfolio list’s load more and lightbox option. When the page is loaded the images are opening in the lightbox but as soon as we click on the load more button the nex images open in the browser. Can you solve that issue?

The template does not take the styles of the template now and neither does, the CSS of the CSS editor. I can´t customizate nothing because it does not take the css settings. I bought my template a month ago. Also, I finished my website and but now, few hours ago,the template is not shown as it was before. I haven’t touched anything.I just entered on my website and the template didn’t look well and the CSS settings on the “edge options” page doen’t work. It does not show exactly the items it is wearing. For example: the background color should be black and appears white on the entire page. Also, it doesn’t even take the others styles. I am afraid of having to rebuild everything. Not to mention that the template has given me many headaches that I already solved with “The CSS Editor”(and now, it doesn´t work too). Thanks, however, I downloaded the latest file from themeforest and replaced the theme folder. I then disabled and deleted the WPBakery plugin along with the other Edge plugins and then re-installed. Theme still shows V1.1, The WPBakery only updated to version 5.4.5, and the edge plugins still remain at V1.0. Do I have to delete the theme entirely and re install from the zip file or is there a better way? Thanks

Thanks. I just tried from to different laptops on two different networks and I cannot access your website at all. I receive “503 Service Unavailable No server is available to handle this request.”

Hi, i have configured all settings for the portfolio and enabled the masonry option. This isn’t working no matter what options i change and it just lists out each image on top of each other and not in masonry style columns. I have inspected the page and there is an error showing.

Hi, sorry but this isn’t how the masonry plugin works. Images should automatically be organised by their dimensions and cropped accordingly to fit the space. I have used the jquery plugin a number of times before and i believe this is a glitch which is why i haven’t purchased further support for this. I have tried various settings on the portfolio galleries and they all produce undesirable results.
Is there a way to disable the gallery feature on the portfolio pages so that i can use Envira Gallery plugin instead. I tried using it but it wasn’t working because its clashing with your theme.
