But smarty_get_layout_mode() returns “school” in our case, so WordPress is looking for smarty/parts/school folder which is not available in latest version 
I fixed it manually, but bugfix release would be appreciated. Thank you!

Sorry, but I am unable to register there because of expired support. And I do not want to buy support to send you some bugs which I can fix temporarily on my site, but should be repaired also for other users. I know, I can hide particular social icon with CSS, but it is not the right solution for the future.

Instead of using plugins for the update of the theme, could work the manual update? (i mean, deactivating the theme, then replace it for another one, then replace the Smarty folder theme with its update and then activate the theme?)

After updating the theme, the post archive is gone! Although I created a ticket 2 days ago, you guys don’t seem to bother! I didn’t payed in order to have a broken theme and to get no support for that I payed for 12months!
The plugin updates are playing an essential role in order to keep things secure. It’s quite poor to not offer a download possibility to your customers like many other authors do and just tell them that they will have to wait for a theme update!! Definetely, NOT, what I call customer-care and service!!

I just updated to the latest version of Smarty and my header items are no longer working. Is there any way to download the previous version of the theme?
It looks like with the addition of “school-two” that the original “school” folder was removed from the “parts”directory. This is causing several issues with my child theme. Will this be corrected soon?

Unfortunately, there is no such kind of option to get previously version of the theme. Please ask for a backup from the team of your hosting provider to get the previous version of the theme. We changed some file structure in our last theme update, maybe this caused a conflict in your child theme. you need to make changes to your child theme due to the new file structure.

It looks like the root cause of the issue is on line 17 of the top-level header.php file. As provided in the theme, the line is:
smarty_get_layout_file( ’/parts’, ’/header/header’ );
There is an extra ”/header” included. The line should be:
smarty_get_layout_file( ’/parts’, ’/header’ );

1. Yes, you can, the section which you have mentioned relates to the Slider Revolution, you can easily remove the Slider Revolution element under the WP Bakery page builder plugins’ back-end editor
2. Yes you can deactivate the Breadcrumb plugin under the WordPress dashboard -> Plugins section

most of the images will be replaced due to the license. If you want to use the demo images on your site you need to purchase them separately from fotolia.com. Moreover, you can easily change them with your custom images via editing the page

All the plugins which are not free come under our Extended License, so you don’t need to pay for their license to use them. Some of them might have messages requiring activation, but they are already activated on our side. No purchase code needed. When using them under our license you will need to wait for the plugin updates in our regular theme updates. If you want to be able to auto-update them from wp-admin, you will need to buy your own personal license for that. However, we always include the latest versions of the plugins in every update of the theme

Hi there,
We understood that our support license has expired but just wanted to point out the VisualComposer that comes with the latest version of the theme seems have an issue with Internet Explorer 11 whereby the user won’t be able to use the Visual Mode.
The error message is “Unable to get property ‘hasClass’ of undefined or null references.
However when switching other browsers such Edge/Chrome/Firefox, the issue disappear.

The Internet Explorer browser authors stopped to develop their product a while ago. While the WP Bakery page builder plugin and modern WordPress themes uses an updated and new modern engines right now. So, there might be some problem with the IE as it doesn’t support modern frameworks
