Hello, I was doing tests with the template in a hosting / location and I used the purchase code that they delivered. Now I need to unregister it and activate my template in another hosting. When I try to do it, a message requesting to remove the item from the previous hostying appears, the problem is that the previous installation was completely removed and I deregistered the purchase code … now I’m in a loop.
How do I fix this problem?

I have the Betheme 21.0.2 . Today Revolution slider stop working. I have php 7.0.33 Ι see the Theme update today but I can not to do update! “Files are empty” Maybe is because i need new licence? Thanks

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

Hi, how can i create a full width row containing an image that will be full witdh as well ? Also, how can I add a plugin like wp-edit to your visual composer ? Currently except using the H2 / h3 / h4 or go to the html part this is not possible to change the size of the text

those spaces comes from dividers, empty blocks or paddings/margins. Do you want to remove them on mobile only but keep on desktop? If yes, this could be achieved with custom css.

the idea is to remove those on mobile, on desktop its not annoying. The question is, how complicated can be? I must pay for custom job apart from theme price? Thanks

I have a problem. the site I’m creating is in two languages (WPML plugin), I used the PORTFOLIO section to manage my products, but when I manage PERMALINK (Permalink | Single Project slug and Permalink | Category slug), I don’t know how to set the two (PERMALINK) in the respective languages “IT and UK.”
