Can you clarify what you mean about displaying the used cars directly from the menu without using filters? You can create a page for ‘Used Cars’ and add it to the menu, and on the page use the Inventory Shortcode to only display the Condition >> Used Car listing category on that page, but the system will still use filters to display only the used cars in the inventory.
Regarding the shop pages we offer a couple of different views for product layouts. You can set these under Theme Options >> Page Settings >> WooCommerce >> WooCommerce Product Layout

Is there any way to set a default image for the listings, for when they do not have any images uploaded to the gallery (the product detail images, not the header background image)? It is common for vehicle inventories to sometimes lack vehicle photos, but some elements of the theme’s visual design are compromised by the lack of an image. This could be solved if items with no photo had a “photo coming soon” default placeholder image.

There isn’t anything integrated for this to connect the Inventory Listings to WooCommerce, but there have been customers that have linked them together in different ways. Reading your other comments about what you want to do I think likely you would be better using the native WooCommerce functionality (and possibly adding an extension to further simplify it if need be).

In WooCommerce you can just make a category called Make and then add the values and use the default widgets in Woo (they let you order by the categories).
You could also use an extension for WooCommerce for this if you wanted, something like this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ymm-search/ or this plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-vehicle-parts-finder-yearmakemodelenginecategorykeyword/15122009 should also work for what you want to do.

I’ve already used woof products filters plugin and it looks like it might work. with this plugin I have to use the attributes on the product and it could slow down the site.
Based on your experience, are the plugins you recommended me better than woof?

Thanks for the question and kind words! I think if you have good quality hosting and server optimization you shouldn’t have a problem with the Woo category filters as they are fairly well optimized. We haven’t used either of those suggested plugins off hand so I can’t comment on them, we just did a search to try and find some options for you and those came up.

It sounds like a timeout of some sort on your web hosting, are you getting an error in your error_log? I would recommend reviewing the PHP requirements: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=18 Make sure you have the recommended PHP modules enabled and you may need to increase your PHP memory limit and max_execution_time
So I got this theme for 2 years now or something, but recently I got a pagination bug where it only shows 1 page of cars. Every time I want to update it says: “Update failed download failed. a valid url was not provided”... Any fix please?
Please update your theme and plugins to the latest versions and then fully clear your history and any caches and the problem should be resolved. You will need to manually update the files via FTP, and then if necessary reconnect your account under Theme Options >> Update Settings as Envato cancelled their old API system (and likely you are using a previously issued key that is no longer valid in their new system). You did not update the site and reconnect your Envato account as explained above. We manually did this for you but you will still need to reconnect your Envato account under Theme Options >> Update Settings in order to do any future updates.

It is activated out of the box under Listings >> VIN Import, you just need to make sure you have entered your API key under Listing Options >> VIN Import Settings. If you want to use an alternate VIN decoder that is not listed there please send us an email at sales@themesuite.com, we have premium plugins for a lot of the other providers as well.
How can I get API Key?
It depends what provider you want to use. If you refer to the included documentation in the theme bundle it should give you the information you need.
hi i am facing a problem. my support is expired so i cannot create ticket. but whenever i open vehicle and click on pdf brochure it downloads pdf file containing info of vehicle but on top it says undefined undefined even though i have added main logo for the website please guide me how to fix this issue
You need to define a logo under Listing Options >> Inventory Page >> PDF Logo. I would recommend you make it around 270px x 65px. For any future support related issues please renew your support and open a Support Ticket. Thanks!

at the live site www.mercedes-halm.de Listing Option, depend on the plugin Automotive Listing Plugin, is not available. In the test site local with mamp it ist visible. I need it on the live system to put the google api for google maps. I have no choice now to write the google api in the live system. This feature is only in the field in setup Listing Option. Can I send a screenshot?

Hi, I am having an issue with some Listing Categories not appearing on the front-end filtering options. I have already tried the “Regenerate Terms” button, but it spins forever. I do use WP-Allimport to import listings so I was curious if I renew my support, if you you be able to fix it for me? Thanks,
If it just keeps spinning forever your server is likely timing out. If you review the logs on your server you should find an error somewhere confirming this. As far as WP All Import goes, I’m not sure how they pull in the terms so I’m not sure if “Regenerate Terms” would actually fix the problem. We do not support this plugin unfortunately, but we do offer our own Automatic Importer plugin which works perfectly with our products. There is no point in renewing your support for this as it wouldn’t cover your WP All Import problem, however if you want to send us an email to support@themesuite.com with temporary wp-admin and FTP logins we will have a look at the problem and give you a quote on what it would cost to fix it. If you could also include the error from your PHP error_log so we can confirm it is indeed timing out that would be great.

The first 2 we have got fixed for the next update that will be released shortly, but the bottom one are you are referring to Listing Options >> Automotive Settings >> Vehicle Scroller Badges? We can’t seem to replicate that problem here if that is the option you are referring to?

For the moment I have found this bugs
- the mobile viewport is completely forgotten (check the most used devices)
- most of the hide options for mobile view doesn’t work
- hide top pagination doesn’t work
- Blog Search / Post Layout / Boxed doesn’t work properly
- Listing Badge on Slider enabled/disabled doesn’t work properly
- Content Tabs / Fifth Tab doesn’t show
- Default Values / Default Details / Original Price Label if fill it will add 2 times the string
- “Call to action” without image in the header it is bad configured
- “Print this Vehicle” doesn’t work
- If “Disable Portfolio Sidebar” breake the layout of the portfolio listing
