New wordpress, even with updating via envato market plugin, admin area still is broken in many areas.. tried disabling all other plugins and issue remains. Admin area is not usable in most cases.

Hello, you seem to say to others its a issue you are working on.. So unsure why you want access.
I just installed a fresh empty version of Wordpress, installed the theme and plugin (latest versions) and the issue is there too. Even the little ‘getting started’ wizard is a mess. You really need to fix this as your entire theme admin wise is breaking wordpress.
So rather than a ticket. Maybe fix it, or maybe its time you started to refund everyone is you cannot?
We have a hotfix, we can implement is right now so you will not need to wait till theme update. The IT team still working and testing the fix to release the update. You may wait till theme update or contact us and we’ll add the fix directly to your theme files.

Hey, I have just updated my Wordpress to 5.3 – probably it was a mistake because since then the admin panel of the theme looks pretty bad, it’s now just one single long page. Is this just happening to me? Thanks in advance!

I have updated the theme to the latest version as per your instructions above, however, the admin section of the theme is still messed up under the new, 5.3 version of Wordpress. Do you see this on your end too?
Some more info: having the Native theme active seems to actually mess with the settings pages of all my plugins under Wordpress 5.3. Interestingly if I switch to another theme, the admin panel works fine. Do you have any ideas or tips on what could go wrong?

Site is hosted on wordpress.com so how to update ?
Switch to another theme, delete the current version of the theme and upload the latest one as new theme in Appearance > Themes. Do not forget to recheck menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations and widgets in Appearance > Widgets.

There is no option to reset the theme options, as for the logo size it’s resized according to header size. Check Theme Options > Header Options > Top menu height.

Hello: I’m using the DFD Native Ver. 1.4.7, installed demo: Thirtyfifth. I’m trying to change the main color of the DFD underline decorator that applies the #3366ff to everything. Actually, I just found the 404 one in wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/themes/dfd-native/templates/header/stunning-header.php. I have modified the HTML there. Will this get overwritten if the theme is updated? If so, is there a better way to accomplish this change?

Is it just me or is there a real issue with the header overlays for demos 25th and 35th? After importing both demos, the boxes that are supposed to overlay at the bottom of these headers aren’t working properly.
Demo 25th’s box only shows overlay upon hovering.
Demo 35th’s box doesn’t overlay at all.
Other issues I had after importing demo’s;
- chrome says “your connection to this site may not be fully secured” - in terms of layout, design and scrolling features, I’d have to make A LOT of edits to get my demo pages to look like the demo’s found in the “pre-built demo collection” on nativewptheme.net - wp bakery’s loading time is abnormally long - importing multiple demos makes images, layouts and colors get all jumbled up (no cache issue)
I was sold on the ease-of-use part when I purchased this theme and after using it I realize that I might as well start from scratch with all the extra editing I have to do with this theme anyway.

As for the demo import, every import overwrites the theme settings so it may influence on the previously installed content. If you already have images imported and the Wordpress Importer cannot recognize images ID correctly and place another image instead or does not add an image at all. So the structure of the page is correct but images may be set incorrectly.

I just purchased this theme and am having trouble uploading and installing it in on my GoDaddy hosted Wordpress site. A server time out error always appears mid way through installation. What could it be that I am not doing correctly? Thanks
