You are not trying to understand, once billing team accepted/rejected a refund there is no option for authors to undo and request would closed, after that only envato team can review and change status of request. You must have to contact envato for this matter

i have seen several queries with your theme but i want to ask that will it work better without facing errors people have commented if i buy the theme. But if the errors people are complaining are still there, when will you make update to clear the error.
Secondly, does the theme really support live chat between users, sms verification and mobile OTP as it claimed by the author?
Final, does it support option to compusory user to verify their phone before posting ads.
Please give me full answer for the aforementioned question because i don’t want to be facing problem after I buy the theme.

Hi There, 1) due to critical changes in current version we are doing installation by our support team and an update would be available in few days with new demo importer. over all there is no issue.
2) we have instant message system, user can send message from item page to sellers user panel -> inbox and they can carry their chat further from their user panel. mobile otp and sms notification is available as separate addons, sms verification is not available right now
3) not yet.
Okay, please give me precise date you will release new version that will support demo installation without consulting support team. The reason is that I don’t want to be consulting for installation and some minor problem.

I should have read the comments first. Demo’s won’t install, site is so slow with the theme installed that I can’t even get simply media to upload. I too would like a refund. It is literally useless and so disappointed as it came ‘recommended. I have yet to leave a review but if this isn’t fully resolved (including the outdated woo files) by tomorrow AM, I will and I will request a full refund through Envato.

I’ve seen ‘wait times’ up to 10 days just on the first 2 pages of comments. I really didn’t need anyone to upload the demo (it should be easy to upload directly) but I’m really concerned about all these complaints. After waiting another 12 hours, they got back. Your theme can’t be installed on GODADDY’S MANAGED WORDPRESS. That should be noted on your demo as GODADDY is one of the largest hosting platforms. REFUND MY MONEY AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO ENVATO. I WANT TO SEE THE REFUND TODAY!

An option “Managed WordPress is showing on your top admin bar that is creating conflict and you can’t import demo due to this, “Actually manage WordPress is loading this script an all WordPress admin pages, Manage WordPress key option related script causing an error that Jquery is not defined, So please ask your host to fix this issue if they really need to load this script on all admin pages. or initiate script after jquery fully loaded.
THAT IS NOT REMOVABLE – HENCE CANNOT BE UPLOADED ON TO GODADDY MANAGED WORDPRESS.
