Hi, I have updated the theme to the last version 3.2.
After that I have uninstalled WPBakery & Slider plugins and reinstalled again in Required Plugin page, but the plugins are not updated, they continue with the same version than before. My site is a multisite and I had updated well them for previous versions.
Could be that the plugin links to the Catanis site don’t get the last version ? Please, could you check it?. Thx, David.

When you update last version lease you remove and in-stall them again, you will have last version WPBakery 6.1 and Revolution Slider 6.1.8 , you can read change log theme again.

Ok, I did not know that I could not indicate links in the forum.
I can’t not contact you via your support site because the support period expired for me.
Anyway, I think it’s not a problem from my side… I remove and re-install the plugins again and the version remain the same (the old one).
I’m using a multisite and although I update the OneLove main theme I have activated the OneLove child theme.
Please could you check the plugin versions files?

I just checked 2 plugins again and current they’re using last version WPBakery 6.1 and Revolution Slider 6.1.8 , I’m sure with you this. Please delete remove and in-stall them again.

Hello, I purchased the theme a while ago and only now got around to finally update my website. However, when I am trying to install the required plugins I am getting the following messages:
An error occurred while installing Revolution Slider: Download failed. Not Found.
An error occurred while installing WPBakery Visual Composer: Download failed. Not Found.
An error occurred while installing Slider Revolution Particles Effect: Download failed. Not Found.
I could install them manually if you could provide me with working links. I don’t want to purchase the full versions of the plugins.

Please fix the links on YOUR website. I do not need your support. I need you to fix the links on YOUR website, not on mine. So that I can install the plugins that come with the theme. I am installing on fresh wordpress installation and all other plugins installed fine. So there is no way there’s something wrong with my website.
Alternatively, please send me links to the plugins mentioned above and I will download/install them manually.
Otherwise it seems like a tricky way of getting people into purchasing extended support.

Hi, I would like my logo to be in the center of my menu with the names of the pages of each side as on this site: https://www.unbeaujour.fr/ Is this possible with this theme? None of the menu styles allow you to do this. I tried to do this by installing the plugin “wp nav plus menu” but it gives us a sidebar and with the theme the sidebar is on the side of the page when I want it as a menu. Can you help me on this?
