After the last update my website’s homepage doesn’t show the first image(above the fold image). Shows just a gray square. I say first image because i tried to add another image in an above position in homepage. After doing that homepage didn’t show the new one. But it started to show the original image that is now in the second position in the page. There is no problem with other images in the website for visitors. However when i login as admin, none of the images are visible. This happened after the last update. Is this a common problem? And is there a solution for this?

So, it seems to be the cache issue nothing else, please try to check your site after removing the cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Hello, thank you. However you see the website works ok because i disabled lazy-load to fix this. So this is related with lazy-load and if i enable it, same problem occurs again. Is there a way to keep the lazy-loading on and not have this problem?

How can i change the colour of the minicart? If i do: theme options> skin > mini cart , if i change ‘icon color’ or `item color` nothing changes. Only the background color can change.

In version 5 of Porto Theme You updated portfolio by adding srcset and sizes attributes to reduce total page size for mobile browsers. It is great, but since version 5 , 5.0.1 and new version 5.1.0 in portfolio layout (for examle masonry layout) images in layout are sized, thumbnailed and this is OK, but in lightbox they are also sized, thumbnailed, this is bad. In lightbox they should be display full size. Please FIX it.

Again, I am really really sorry for all the inconviniance, Yes, you are right, I have tested again with the latest Theme but this problem is still there, and this is because it is linked with the WooCommerce default functionality and every time WooCommerce updates it changes the code in it, but I now I again reported this to the development department for very very Major and on Top Priority request, They will look into it asap and hopefully will solve it with the next update of the Theme, I know this is not what you want to hear, and this is our mistake and because of WooCommerce updates, Please be aptience for the next updates.

Hi, Pictures are gone after last update. Only after re switch lazy load in Speed Optimize Wizard few times pictures appear again. I see others had same problem. I have demo shop 4. Do You solve this problem with next update, or after reload lazy load this problem will not happens?

This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:

Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.

So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.
