When I deactivated plugin Blogxer core, I could reach the website but there was nothing showing on the homepage. How to fix this?

I want to connect Facebook with AccessPress Social Counter plugin.

I selected the Method 2, did all the steps and the logo appeared clicked on it, the fields were filled with the information (see https://bit.ly/2qnhU6N) then I clicked Save All Changes. I went to the commercial integrations to see if there was anything to do, I checked on WidgetPack and Smash Balloon, and there was nothing else to do (see https://bit.ly/31o9QiP).

Then I went to the homepage to see the widget live and the number is still 0 (where in our fb account we have 764), that’s to say, it didn’t connect.

In the home page of my site (franquiciasdeexito.com.mx) there is a Blogxer: Feature Post Display widget on the lower right of the page.

I set “show” in the “show no preview image” and “display” in “show post image” fields.

1) The top post displays the image to the left, I want it centered, the size of the image is 1200×675 as recommended.

2) What about the posts below? They don’t show a little image on the left?

3) What is the “show no preview image” field for? I don’t know what you mean by “no preview image”.
