As for BBPress support, Unfortunately, Listify currently does not provide full support for BBPress. Unfortunately there was quite a low vote on this.

About them: You know how these agencies typically have a lot of offers on their pages so that a user can search through them and eventually find an offer that he finds appealing and then contact them?
1. So, I will be looking to build a system that enables them (the WAT agency) to post offers and
- enable users to pay upfront if they need the price of the
- enable users to compare offers
- enable users to make an enquiry for more information about an offer
Could this be possible with your theme and to what extent?
2. Is it possible for your theme to connect with some kind of membership plugin?
3. Is the theme fully translatable and does it have a Bulgarian translation?

In relation to the outlined questions:
1a),b) Unfortunately these are not possible by default. It would entail a bit of custom work to have these implemented.
2. You can use the Woo Membership plugin with Listify. Although the plugin is not directly linked with Submitting Listings, like the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin .
3. As it currently stands the theme does not contain a Bulgarian. You may however translate the theme to the language following the steps outlined within this article.

I’m considering buying and have the following questions:
1) I understand there are number of woocommerce plugins availabe that each separately would support what we aim for, eg bookings, payment, vendor plugin. However, how compatible are they with each other, i.e. would be possible to create a directory that allows bookings by visitors (=wc booking plugn), that then allows to pay for the bookig (=wc payment pluing), and finally channels the payment to the listing owner and takes a comission (= wc vendor plugin)?
2) is there a demo website that includes all three above plugins, or at least the booking and payment plugin?
3) 3.1 – how easily customisable is the listify theme? 3.2 – are there any resources to learn about customising listify functionalit and themes? 3.3. – are there available coders that could help with customisation?
4) does listify provide filter options for visitor searches? is there a demo? 4.3 – how many criteria can be applied? 4.4 what type of search criteria are available, eg radius slider, price slider, check boxes, drop downs. For example, you have a AirBnb site and want visitors to be able to filter apartments for swimmingpool and air conditioning in a radius of 20km that are part of a ‘luxury’ category
5) Is listify also seamlessly compatible with the wc plugin Appointments, which seems more sophisticated than bookings?
I’d greatly appreciate if you could provide some clarity on the above.

In relation to the outlined questions:
1. You would need the WooCommerce Product Vendors, Products For Wp Job manager and WooCommerce Bookings plugins. The theme supports all payment gateways supported by WooCommerce.
2. WooCommerce alone handles payments. You do not need a plugin for this. Here is a sample demo listing with bookings: https://listify-demos.astoundify.com/rentals/listing/comfortable-shared-bedroom/. Unfortunately since there is no backend demo for users, you may not be in a position to test out the Vendor functionality.
3. (i)You can customize the theme to your desired specifications.
(ii) Here are docs to the theme: https://listify.astoundify.com/.
(iii)Unfortunately we do not provide customization services as it currently stands. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable if you need help customizing your website.
4. The theme provides the default search filters by Wp Job Manager as illustrated in the demo here (https://listify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/listing-category/arts-entertainment/) as well as a search radius filter. If you want to create custom search filters, you will need to use the Facet WP addon.
5. Unfortunately there are no official compatibility tests of the theme with the plugin. I would recommend on still using the WooCommerce Bookings plugin.

We have two follow up questions 1) with regards to customisations, I undestand you provide guidance on customising themes with widgets, ie for high level easy customisations. However what we would require is a professional full access to customisation, ie changing the HTML and CSS code manually. a) Could you please elaborate on this? Is there any guidance on which files are responsible for what elements of the front end design? b) Is there any guidance on how make certain code amendments that cannot be done with widgets? 3) How would code customisations work with updates of Listify, would these be overwritten and deleted?
2) We have previously built a directory with geodirectory and made all CSS and html customisations in the respective files for which there were supportive documents and a support forum that helped in making desired changes in the code. However, given the flexibility we now need on the new directory around bookings, we would consider listify. Does listify also provide a forum for support with regards to code changes?
3) I understand you partner with WP cruve, Envato Studio and Codeable, I assume these are platforms for freelancers and they would be experienced with Listify and able to help on complex code amendments?

1. Code changes or else customizations will be dependent on exactly what you would wish to alter. Here is a sample guide on some of the customizations you can have in place: https://listify.astoundify.com/collection/206-customization. Usually, we recommend having the customizations carried out within the child theme in order to avoid overwriting during theme updates. Changes carried out within the child theme will not be overwritten during a theme update.
2. At the moment, we only have one for ticket support: https://astoundify.com/support/. We have opted not to use forums for support in order to give every user equal attention. Kindly note that we, however, do not provide customization services.
3. Yes, you can contact either of those agencies if you need any assistance on customization requests.

Dying Theme? We need to see that new owner starts updating this Theme to work with later versions of required 3rd party components again (e.g. WP Job Manager), without a lot of tricky hacking. E.g. Searching twice for Location from Header search-box or front-page takes Location from first search which were cached in Session storage. Really bad! I was thinking to start using this theme for new sites, but since Astoundify was just sold and there has been no efforts to update this to be compatible with later version of WP Job Manager (or help WP Job Manager to be fixed to work with the Theme)? And addons like “Regions for WP Job Manager” by Astoundify seems abandoned and since a long time not working as is with later version of WP or WPJM. Will new owner fix this soon?
I will wait to make the decision to start using this Theme for new sites until I here that there are updates planned, not too far ahead…

So the plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/amazon-s3-and-cloudfront/ works with Listify? I have been using another directory theme for quite a while and recently added Amazon S3 offload because my media files were huge. I’m having issues with that theme since adding Offload Media. I got Listify sometime back but did not have any new projects or issues with the old theme since. Will using Listify help with Offload Media to Amazon S3?

Hi, I bought this theme years ago and recommended the product marketplace to your team member. You can check your files internally. Can I combine Listify, Vendify, and Jobify into one super community like a plug and play? Is there way to I can edit the frontend similar to Elementor?

In relation to your question here, unfortunately you cannot use all three themes in one site. Each of the themes has different functionalities and code aspects. The fornt-end editor within Vendify is also built-into the Vendify theme. It provides functionalities on product addition not page editing like Elementor does.
