For Classic Agency demo landing site, Can I change to video instead of Macbook picture by using slider revolution plug-in?
Hi kisseoul! Yes confirmed, this demo uses the native Uncode slider but you can change it and use Slider Revolution (it’s just a setting).
Hi, long time user here. I have used vimeo for oembedded videos until now, however a client is having problems getting sound on mobile.
I am aware that autoplay with sound is not possible but he can’t turn the sound on by himself after the video has started, there are no audio controls and pushing the volume button on the phone does nothing. From what I have heard this problem is only with android phones, on an iphone you just turn up the volume a notch and the sound starts to play.
I tried using youtube instead but the oembed only works with a clean youtube link, when I try adding ?autoplay=1&loop=1 the video doesn’t even show up.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
Hi sasi_design! Probably I’m not getting you but you cannot have autoplay video with sound, this is the point. Anyway, please share an example so we can understand how this video is used and possible settings to replicate the scenario.

Hi. I’ve been using the theme for a client for more than 2 years and suddenly it says the theme isn’t registered and it won’t accept the API key or purchase code I have always used. Please can you assist?
Please note anyway that in old version registration is not mandatory, so you are now bound to update or register your installation. If instead, you need to update use the Envato Market plugin method suggested above.

I just updated theme to most recent version and I found out that there is no “Add Media” button in text block. Why? That’s one of the most important buttons for me. I use Download Monitor plugin and next to “Add Media” should be Add Download button which is gone too…
Is there any option to bring it back?

Clear your browser cache and then refresh the page. You should be able to see the button.
But why did you deleted those buttons? It is crucial for many users. I dont see a point in doing this…
When developing a project as big as a multipurpose theme you make choices, they can be fine or not (in fact you have this problem because you use an extra plugin). Anyway you can implement the fix and we will fix this in the next big update of Uncode.

Hi sajinhentry! If you updated WordPress you should also use a recent version of Uncode. New version fully compatible with WordPress 5.3 will be published later today.
Having the same issue as @comma5crm.
Foolishly updated to WP 5.3 and images not loading properly with source (unknown). So unbelievably frustrated with this theme, having updated to 2.2.2 and lost all customised styling, now this. Never had this problem with any other multi-purpose theme and seriously regretting creating this site using Uncode.
Please help with the image loading issue!

About the other problem with the update this can happen if you update manually and you missed to save Theme Options in order to regenerate the custom style with the options.

Just updated to Wordpress 5.3. Running Uncode 2.2.2 – NOW MY LOGO GONE. Only way to get it back is through adding in customize > Site identity, then I lose sizing / light dark logo functionlaity. I’ve disabled all plugins etc no joy. Anyone else having this issue? Cheers

Hello, I just updated Wordpress, as well as the version of the theme and Visual Composer. I have a big problem, in the text blocks, I no longer have the “add a media” button that normally allows to add an image in the text block. Is this normal? Thank you
Hi mgrwebstudio! Yes in the Text module of WPBakery Page Builder there is not the Add Media button, this should be available only for normal text as WordPress default.

When I put a background media in a row with background attachment fixed, the result is really fixed in Firefox, but unfortunately flickering a lot in Safari and Chrome. What do you suggest? Maybe “position: fixed” instead of “background-attachment: fixed”?

Is anyone else having issues integrating reCaptcha on contact form 7 with this theme? I have been extensively chatting with people on the support forums about this issue and it’s now been narrowed down to something within the theme that is preventing reCaptcha from working correctly with this plugin.

In Uncode we only apply some CSS to make the forms appear integrated with the theme design. Have you tried the WordPress native theme? In case you send us the link of your site so we can see.
