There is no problem on the main page of the theme header. however, since the header color is white on other pages, the menu and logo are not visible. how can we fix this problem?

The logo can’t be changed on other pages. Please try to use the logo with the dark color or change the header background color.

Please make sure that the PHP configuration limits on your Server meet the theme’s required limits:max_execution_time 600,memory_limit 128M,post_max_size 32M,upload_max_filesize 32M, php version 5.7/higher, zip archive should be enabled as well. Furthermore, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme -> https://support.stylemixthemes.com/how-to-update-a-premium-theme and all the theme external plugins should be updated/activated/installed as well under the WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> install plugins section

How can we ask for refund? Their support is not helping. They took access and 3 days to tell us that the element is not working. Which is the actual issue. They are not helping for debugging and not providing any kind of support which is included in price. I am totally annoyed by this theme and this support members. Totally waste of money and time.

We are stuck because of their support. It’s been 3 days since I raised a ticket but they are too slow to rectify it. They don’t help us to rectify. They asked for credentials but there is no update. It’s really annoying. Not a theme or support I was looking for.

Pricing table: I cannot customize it to only two tables. Header Menu: I don’t seem to know how to add the logo on that menu to be the Home page button. Social Media buttons: Is there a plugin that you recommend to use. Reviews: I don’t seem to find how to categorize the reviews in order to portray each group on its specific page. You can remove on of them by using the following custom CSS: .stm-pricing__tables-col:nth-last-child(3) { display: none !important; } 2) You can set the logo under Appearance ▸ Customizing ▸ Site Settings ▸ Logo & Title ( https://prnt.sc/q6kgz8). The theme automatically makes the logo clickable and directing to the home page. 3) Sorry about that, could you please kindly re-clarify your request in a bit more detail? Which features of social media buttons do you mean? 4) Unfortunately, there is no option to categorize the testimonials post types

I just need to know a few things: • 1: There is a way to create something like a course with 5 videos AND 5 ebooks to study, and after that the user needs to do a quiz in order to go to another course; • 2: Me as an administrator, I need to know exactly what videos and ebooks each user have visualized; • 3: To block everything for download (videos and ebooks); • 4: A limit time to watch a course and do the quiz, so after that I can see who watched in time. • 5: To categorize groups of users, they will be groups of employees from different cities; • 6: I saw a comment about a buyer who had a problem with people skipping videos and quiz, I need to know if you fixed this issue. thank you.

So, we recommend you to create a page with the teachers’ element on another page which won’t be as archive or post type page and manage the page title as it was suggested previously.
