Really need help. Suggested my client to get this them and now the theme is not working at all. Hosting can’t figure out, Wordpress sent email said that the it is the theme. The site is not loading at all.

Hello there, I have purchased your coaching theme but I am having issues with the mailchim plug in. Every time I enter an email address to test it, it gives me this error message “opps, something went wrong.”. The sign up form’s id on the home page is different than the one under the plugin. Could you help me how to fix this? The form under the plugin doesn’t work either.

I purchased the theme a few weeks ago. Tried to install it this morning, it says: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”. What do I do about it? Hi I am interested in taking this theme. I have some specific questions to ask about functionality. 1. I want to use Homepage Gym Trainer. Can I add monthly subscription packages to the theme to allow memberships at different levels of information access and payments. 2. Can I set-up a ‘course’ and link that particular course access to a specific membership level. 3. Can I then edit or change those courses and the membership access levels such as price and content. 4. In the courses can create I set them up so that the lessons can be a video. 5. I there flexibility to create different length courses and modules. 6. Can I create electronic downloads for pdf documents. 7. Can payment for membership or course/ downloads be inked to Stripe or other card processor? 8. Can the theme/page editor create and add extra element sections in the pages. 9. Does the theme come with the dummy images/ photos. 10. Are these photos royalty free and can be used.

I purchased this theme because it has many beautiful layouts and visual elements, but from day one my site has loaded poorly. I have gone through every recommendation from Huyen Anh support tickets: removing unecessary plugins, getting a good host provider, reducing image sizing, installing optimization plugins, etc. but my website load speed ranks 1 out of 100 on google speed tests, pingdom, and GT metrics. I’ve spent money on a website optimization company that did ALL THEY CAN. I’ve written in to support to investigate WHY the site speed is so low and I get ZERO help. They have not owned up to their own issue that MANY of us customers are having. Until I get a proper response (I will update you HERE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this theme.

Hi im running a fresh install, the only problem i found is i cant edit RevolutionSlider, in the screen i can only see “preparing data” in the console the error start with Maximum call stack size exceeded.

I really need to edit slide, this version of revolution slider seem very new, does the plugin update itself? how can i fix it.

There is several important problems in the “Events” which directly impacts our sales, especially today, because 3 of customers didn’t realized the events for the next days at home page.

When today’s event ends, that one does not disappear and it does not continue with the next event with timer (countdown)

3. The content of the course in the demo, each point (2.3, 2.4) its a post? , or all the course is inside of a post?, what i am asking is for the structure of the course, is it build on the native wordpress editor?, can i see a demo of the creating courses section. or something like this.
