Hi, I would like to know if this theme would work for an organization that has athletic programs with exercise videos that are grouped in several phases. A phase will be available for X amount of days, then the next one would be available. While it’s not purely scholastic (tests, quizzes, etc), the programs are available for schools.
Just looking for a platform that we can switch to that will sustain growth.
An important feature would be the ability to create user accounts in-person at events and accept payments. Example: Have a person to swipe a card, add some info and automatically have an account created with a exercise program (or class) that fits them. I know that might be out of your scope as far as this theme is concerned…

Before installing the demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.
http://support.wedesignthemes.com/knowledge-base/server-requirements/Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes – > Add New > Upload Theme > Browse the actual theme zip file and install the theme.
Note: Don’t install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation, child theme, etc. So unzip the package and find the actual theme folder then install theme.
If your WordPress up-loader does not work. Please connect your server via FTP Go to WP-folder -> wp-content -> Themes – > Paste actual theme directory folder via FTP.
After Install the theme, you can simply activate the theme in dashboard > Appearance > Themes, here just click the “Activate” button to activate the theme. Then the notification message will appear in your dashboard for install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins.
The purpose of demo content import, we have used the “Unyson” plug-in to import the demo contents.
After Install and activate the theme and plugin files, Please follow the instructions in the below knowledge base link for installing the demo contents using the Unyson plugin.

Yes, Our theme supports multi-languages and supports and compatible with the WPML plugin, but our theme not compatible/supported with RTL languages.
In default, our theme comes with the English language, you need to translate the theme into your language with pot files.
Note: Our theme is not compatible with RTL languages.
If you are running a multi-language site, you need to install the WPML plugin.
We recommend the WPML plugin for the multi-language site. Kindly note our theme supports and compatible with the WPML plugin and the plugin is not included with our theme package, you need to buy it separately.

The theme it using high CPU when accessing the database when I try to open a course page. And it takes a long time to open the page. This is a problem with the theme and not with the server. Please help to solve, because it is impossible to use the theme like that.

I already used cache plugins and it gets worse than without the cache. In the theme are no way to separate lessons into modules?
To load the course page there is 326 Slow Queries and what is affecting it is your plugin “designthemes-core-features”
I think it has to be you to solve this and optimize the code so that the theme can work without problem.

Are you using w3c Total Cache plugin ?. We recommend using w3c Total Cache plugin.
While adding content section use shortcodes like accordion, toggle,.. for module concept, its for display purpose. There won’t be specific functionality for those modules.

I have a client who wants a site that will allow a monthly membership for all courses or a ONE TIME payment per course. Doe your template allow BOTH types of purchase options?
If so, that means allowing those who make a ONE TIME payment to be able to download the video and have it for a lifetime. Those who DO NOT elect for the one time purchase, have access to videos so long as they are a monthly paying member, but cannot download.
So . . . does your theme also PROTECT the videos so people cannot download them?

I didn’t get to install the theme still properly getting several errors as I have already setup all the required setting of PHP etc.
And let me know how to install the SENSEI theme. As I have install the demo content of it from tools but unable to get the actual results no proper installation done unable to see proper content after installing.
There are lot’s of confusion with the Video Tutorials you provided links https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJM-v5MR5vM&list=PL6kpawNbFm9WLbwDeNQsN1sK1pW0Jpurz&index=8 in your readme file.
These all videos are very old showing the 2014 and now 2019 as you described in video the files are not get by us in the download complete package after buy. So ultimately no 100% matching with the videos with current theme and issues resolution. You should also updates these videos and remove very old one to avoid and such confusion and time wasting. Time is very important for all of us.
I request you to please provide the step by step complete tutorials or instructions or video to describe the each and every thing regarding the installation and settings after the installation to safe our time also as per the updated content and plugins you are offering.
I know it’s time taken process to updates the videos etc. So right now you can provide the clear & updated instruction over the email as I have send you.
