Hi, I have a BIG problem. After updating Native theme to 1.4.9 and all plugins and Wordpress to 5.3.2 I can’t edit my old pages! WP Bakery is not working! Please help!

Hi Guys, My Agency bought this theme, and everything were working perfect. Something happends after an auto update, and seems to have a problem with some funtionalities. We update Wordpress, update the theme, and something is happening with cleanup.php on line 60 and 61. (The problems only affects admin area)

Please take a look why with newest version of Slider Revolution and Wordpress 5.3 the theme screws up some display (see: https://ineedhelp.ro/ for homepage issue, on PC, and https://ineedhelp.ro/our-team/ on mobile, Team Member is broken). Demo import is demo 40.

I have fixed the z-index myself for the homepage issue but for some reason the Team Member items shadow still don’t display properly on mobile (or when making the page look like on mobile on resizing). Thank you for taking a look.

I have your theme installed on 3 sites, 2 on Bluehost and 1 on another. After latest Wordpress update the backend stopped working properly on all of them. I found this error on one: REST API [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received. Will there be fix for this?

The latest version of WP doesn’t seem to be compatible with the version of the theme that we have. We have version 1.3.2, is that the latest version? I can’t see an option to update to a later one.

If we could update to the latest version, would that be compatible with WP 5.3?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I’ve updated the theme and it isn’t working quite as it should. It appears to work fine using PHP 5.6, but not PHP 7. When will this version of the theme be compatible with PHP7?

Hi, the update to wordpress 5.3 totally messess up the back-end of our website pentascope.nl Deactivating plugins doesn’t help. Switching from child-theme to native DFD theme doesn’t either. Only switching to twentytwenty does. Anyone have the same issue or an idea what could cause this? I have rolled back to 5.2.4 for now. Thanks

Guys, I’m a huge fan of Native, but it it is a second time in 2 years when the wordpress upgrade screws the theme. I can’t afford that. I’m about to show the new site to the client on monday, but now I have to spend time on the weekend restoring it to 5.2. Feel pretty bad about it.

Hi, we have recently updated wordpress to version 5.3, but all the backoffice features like creating new pages and plugins no longer work as before.
