Where and how do I ask for a full refund? I just noticed that I have to consent to recording of my website address and that you store this information indefinitely. This information is not visible anywhere on themeforest before you purchase the theme.

So where do you want me to request a refund, message in a bottle?

Firstly, recording purchase data on themes/plugins registration is standard practice on Envato marketplaces.
Secondly, we only store purchase codes and website addresses they were used on. This is done solely to prevent copyright violations. Note that no PERSONAL data is being stored.
Finally, (even though this would not be a valid reason for a refund in any case) according to your location, GDPR does not apply to you. And CCPA will not be active until 2020.

Hi, When I add a featured image to my post, the image is displaying twice. Once as the featured image and then again below it as a thumbnail of 140×140. This has never happened before on other sites that I’ve used The7 on. Is there an option to stop this from happening? I have double, triple checked and the image is not displayed in the actual post but appears before my post content.

Can’t you just add “Default icons” to download somewhere in your web? It’s one click mistake. Paying another 39 to renew license just for few icons is stupid.

multipurpose carousel is broken for me too after last update..works fine on mobile though – but desktop its totally broken. therefore i guess no other plugin(s) cause this error..i think it affects quite a lot people

It’s all up to date…meanwhile i disabled all third-party plugins and reactivated them 1 by 1…turns out that W3 Total Cache is causing the issue…so you can have a look at it directly, didnt open a ticket, after finding out about it. best regards

Pre-sale question: what is the number of thumbnails created by the template (medium, large, full etc.)

Small, medium and large thumbnails are generated by WordPress itself. Custom thumbnails are added only when Hotel Booking Lite plugin is activated (Hotel pre-made website). Also, depending on settings you apply in posts grid element (Portfolio Masonry, Blog Grid, etc.), the theme can also generate two types of thumbnails: for an ordinary display and retina one. They are generated on the fly.

I have bought several of your licenses and for me you are nr.1 for Wordpress Themes. But, I so some changes. What happened to LayerSlider? For me, this plugin is better than Slider Revolution, so I am sad seeing it gone.
Also, after update theme to 7.8.1, I also some new plugin inside your theme, but nothing special. How about Massive addon Plugin for ? I don’t know if you tried it, but that plugin is killer for WPBakery Page Builder. It is few light years ahead of Ultimate Addons. Ultimate addons is great, really great plugin, but Massive addon is best in class.
That plugins is the one I’d like to see inside your plugin section beside LayerSlider.

Hi,
In short, Layer Slider authors broke their own license agreement and tried to push new terms on us. Those were not acceptable. Envato ordered the removal of the slider. Legal proceedings to bring the slider back take time.
My best advice is to switch to the Slider Revolution. Which is a superior product anyway..
