Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still the issue will be there then left your third party plugins deactivated and contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you.

, so you have to change your site header type from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type and change the color from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Header as per your requirements, it will solve your issue.

It’s because your server environment can not access to our server https://portotheme.com
, Please try to ping our server and let us know if it works.

Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

There are two ways, First One is the default FAQ’s page the Theme provides, and the second one is you have to create your own page as FAQ’s and use Porto FAQ element in it.

I installed the theme in 2 different WP installations (activating and inactivating my license to test) ) and in both the format is a mess… like if the style.css is missing, however, i did read that i have to install the WP files only, but still is messed in both installs…i already put a ticket with a screenshot but now bc i tried on another WP install, then is not me uploading the wrong theme file… please help :)

No, You can only create a single site using a Single License of the Theme.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

There is no unlimited usage license.
