Garbage… WP Page Builder isn’t working since the new update… I have no way to edit previously build pages, nor create new ones.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still the issue will be there then contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so our experts will check it for you but after extending your support extension because your support was expired from 18/07/2019.

As you said your images are .png images, so yes you are right, these are .pg images and are working fine, the background color you are seeing is the page wrapper/body background color, in order to remove it, you have to remove the page/body background color, please see this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IIzNKeFx.png

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, If you want the images as transparent, then you have to set site background color as transparent. Otherwise, this requires Customization.

This is not the Theme issue but you site Cache and Minification issue, If you will inspect the site, you can see that your site CSS is coming from Cache and Minification and when I turned it OFF, it takes the actual CSS of the Theme: https://pasteboard.co/IIgVeD0.png

So, please remove your server, site and browser cache and then deactivate it till you are in the development process, I am sure your issue will solve.

I am pleased to see that Porto is now compatible with the Elementor plugin but there is no information about this other than in the changelog. Does this mean that the theme elements are available to build new pages? Or just that Elementor can be used but without the Porto elements? I hope the former but suspect the latter is the case ;-)

Also, are there any plans to enable different logos / headers / footers per page in the page settings?

Thanks for your appriciation and yes Elementor is compaitable with Porto WordPress now, but no,theme elements is not available for it, you have to start from scratch with Elementor plugin elements, for your information we are working on new “Elementor Demos” on which we will use Elementor plugin elements, So in future you will find Elementor elemenets Demo’s as well.

And Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
