hello,
we took over a site from a previous builder. the site is built using beTheme and Muffin Builder.
we are trying to update a Contact Form on the homepage but a little circle just spins and nothing updates.
Is there something missing to get this working?

I want to be able to create a section to put it on several pages. If one day I change this section I want all pages where this section is located automatically.
Ok, we understand now. However, we do not have such feature included. We have something similar, it is called Templates where you can create pre-defined blocks and import them on pages but when you will change it, it won’t change automatically on pages where been used before.
do you know if it will be implemented in the next updates?
We’ve added it onto our “to do” list but there is some things that have to be sorted first.
I have another problem. I use Header Builder to make my menu and when I want to activate the megamenu it doesn’t work. If I disable the Header builder the megamenu works. There’s no way it can work with the Header Builder?

Hello.
Today i purchased BeTheme. I’m working in Localhost.
I installed the theme on my wordpress, by moving the theme into easyphp files.
I started by instal the reccomended plugins from WordPress Repository, ok. When i try to instal the reccomended plugins from Bundled Premium Plugin, i have an error :
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I increased the file max size etc, and i have 60GO free on my SSD.
How can i fix it please ?

I found an issue when i try to use this flipbook plugin (Real3D FlipBook WordPress Plugin). The problem is because i found betheme doesn’t support use of “Font Awesome” and “Material Icons”. I found a reply about this topic: “This theme does not support Font Awesome. Instead, we got own icons and whole list of them you can get from http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography#icons

1. According to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

since BeTheme version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.
However, if you already imported pre-built website and don’t have slider, means you did not installed Slider Revolution plugin before the demo import (there is an information during the import process, which plugins have to be installed first). In such case, you have to go thru import process once again but this time import slider only.
