You need to enable the option you want one by one and test, deactivate if you notice any visually broken items on your website.
1,2) No, it didn’t add any custom fields in the DB. it uses the same theme settings fields and its options will be removed after disabling it.

Hi! I’ve manually updated the theme to the latest version. But I cant update Jannah Extension and Jannah Speed Optimisation. My support is expired but you said that we got lifetime free updates.If I cannot update plugins given with the theme there is a problem! Because of this now my website is broken.
Ok. I’ve deleted plugins. And then I can re-install these plugins with the latest version. We cannot directly upgrade. it’s now working

Jannah and tie labs builder dont recognise any custom taxonomies at all, so if you have a custom taxonomy and want to display stuff from it on homepage or anywhere, this wont happen.
The theme panel, page builder, none of them show any custom taxonomies be it of either type.
Kindly let us know if you can issue a public patch or we can otherwise renew our support and then raise a ticket about this.
Either way, this is something we urgently require and i got no response on the support email past week.

Page builder, menus and widgets support only the standard posts there is no option for the custom taxonomies, you can add it as a feature request in the Ideas section on our site.

i am move the website from the testing sub directory to the root under plublic_html on the same domain but i am getting 500 error, i have adjusted the permissions and htaccess but still persisting please help

Please try these common solutions. If none of these fix the problem, please open a new support ticket.
- Update everything including WordPress, the theme and plugins. Available updates appear in Dashboard > Updates.
- Deactivate all plugins in case there is a conflict. If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.
- Switch to the default theme (such as Twenty Thirteen) then try to do what was not working. If the problem remains, it is a general WordPress or hosting issue. If it happens only while using our theme, please let us know.
- Clear cache in both your browser and in any caching plugins that you are using (also disable services like CloudFlare, if used with your website).
- Revert code changes if you have modified the theme’s code. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.
