How does the new registration requirement affect the ability to have a development or staging site? Also, I’ve registered and it’s been over 1/2 an hour and the screen still says “Please wait”>

You need to register a license on the installation where you want to do demo import. You are able to import more than one demos. And this is completely aligned with terms of regular license on Envato Market. This isn’t anything to do with demos. In the past, Qode have suggested having a site publicly unavailable to test changes to websites. New plugins etc. You have implied this will not impact licensing. What sane person wouldn’t do this. So, if you’re making us register, can I still have an offline site for testing changes instead of putting my live site at risk?

Can I import demos without registration? I need to test out some of the demos but I don’t want to register the theme on the test domain because it is going to change and because I am testing on a few different staging/development versions. Prior to this version, this step didn’t exist – importing a demo was as easy as clicking Qode Import. This feels like an unnecessary restriction.

Great theme and skins ! We use it from a long time on 1 website and last update of Bridge core prevent us to charge 1 or 2 shortcodes in the same page.

We’re just evaluating various potential themes for a new project and need some pointers.
The project will be a listing site based on the following example:
https://beautifulstays.com/Note: interestingly this site runs on Shopify with the Debut theme.
We’re looking to do something similar in terms of its simplicity but we’d like to run our project on WordPress.
Possibly via WooCommerce, but obviously in catalog mode. Though that might be a rather clunky solution and we’re wondering if we can develop something similar using your theme alone?
Your theme is absolutely colossal in terms of its features, so we’re not sure where to start.

We have decided not to use Woo Commerce for our project and instead create a custom post type with associated custom taxonomies and custom fields.
Will your page builder and wireframe plugin support this?

Within our Bridge theme you have the variety to choose from 400+ different demos and once you install the theme you can choose which demo content you want to import. Once importing demo content you will get all pages, content, elements and settings for that demo which can be used by you to customize it to your needs.

Hi there- just updated Bridge theme and had to do quite a major update to add the Bridge Core. All was going well, but once I was finished I noticed LayerSlider WP hadn’t updated. I followed the directions at the end of your tutorial video https://youtu.be/OtnFGzHQbrI which said to delete the plugin, then re-install. However after I did that there’s a section on the homepage of our website that’s now blank when you view on desktop, but looks fine on mobile. I’m assuming this is because of LayerSlider WP?

My Ublock Origin was blocking something that your websites shouldn’t be using, making them unusable. And no, I can not and will not disable ad blocker

Presale Question: I noticed that all the unique header examples are only on desktop. During mobile resize view, they all have the burger menu that drops down. Can Bridge’s unique header menus work on mobile and become sticky?

Our menu is responsive and therefor it changes from desktop menu to a mobile menu that has hamburger menu that drops down. If you would like to have the mobile menu to be fixed that should not been an issue and can be achieved with miner CSS code that can be provided by our support team.

My site is in the development part, so I upload the theme in my wordpress directory and put the purchase code and activate it. But all of a sudden I had to reinstall the wordpress and again upload the theme and put the code and it says, Code is already registered for other domain. Why? For your information, there is no other domain involved. Please give me a solution ASAP. I tried to send this request for 1 hour in your support system but everytime it says failed, why?

Yes, Actually at my country zone, it was my working day. I tried at least 4-5 hours to send a message into your system about this issue. But I can’t, everytime it says, now now try later again and again. If you put a banner on your website that we are out in weekends then I would never knocked you guys. Also I believe it’s possible to use different parts of different themes – how does that work please?

You should know that with regular licence you can only use one theme with one purchase code as you do need to register your theme. You may check it here Best practice would be to contact Envato for further more information on which licence you do need.
As for using different parts from different themes, I’ll doubt that work as every theme is built up differently and simply it can not be considered to switch and use parts from a theme.
Also you should know that having Bridge theme you do get 400+ demos that you can choose from as well use all of those elements to build something that would suit your needs. So a lot of possibilities will be granted with Bridge, where you can import demo content, use that content to adjust it or simply build your own content with our shortcodes.
