Hi there,

This is the default behavior in our theme, as we have escaped all options within our shortcodes, in order to prevent malicious codes, i.e. for security reasons.

Youwill need to edit this file:

wp-content\themes\stockholm\templates\portfolio\parts\portfolio-custom-fields.php

and change esc_html function with wp_kses_post function.

Do note that this should be done via FTP, using some text editor. After the change, you will be able to add
tagin in the text field which will allow you to cut a line.

Hi there,

Portfolio items are custom post types in our theme and with it, you will not be able to edit it with Gutenberg however our theme is compatible with WPBakery you can use it to edit your posts and portfolio items.

Pages and Posts are editable with Gutenberg.

To enable WPBakery on your POsts and Portfolio items please navigate to WPBakery > Role manager where you need to set Post type to Custom and choose posts and portfolio as in the screenshot. Also if you would like to use WPBakery Frontend editor please check our article about it here

We have the problem that Google Ads always rejects our ads due to malicious malware. The site is clean (fresh files) and even our provider hasn’t found any problem. Google Ads supports sent us a link list saying that this is the reason for rejecting the ads. The list includes ALL files of the home page (all images, all js files and even the favicon we don’t have uploaded).

Is there something “wrong” with your template or do you have an idea what could cause this problem?

Hey, just a quick question I hope is not support worthy,

Can I change the link to portfolio showcase (the four squares at the middle bottom of a portfolio single item) all in one go or do I have to change back to-link individually for each portfolio item? There is no option under portfolio single for this in the options!

Hi,

I really like Stockholm theme, thanks for that. I need a little help with it, may be some additional CSS will solve this;

I use Fixed Header and header is over the content when higher than 1000px width. But when width comes below 1000px, responsive codes change the header’s behavior. With that; content (for example full screen slider) has been pushed below the header which has 88px height in my settings. I wish (if it’s possible); in every responsive width categories, header section should be over the content with transparent background. Like layer over layer. Content should always begin from top:0px.

I tried these but it did not work;

@media only screen and (max-width: 1000px) { .content.content_top_margin_none { margin-top: 0 !important; padding-top: 0px !important; } header.fixed, header.fixed_hiding, header { position: fixed!important; } }

I wanted to use the Jette Demo for my website but there is this issue with regards to how the images are displayed on mobile. The images are all jumbled up and is very confusing to relate which image maps to which topic/title. See this screenshot for reference.

Hello,

By default, when you switch to responsive layout , the columns are being shown one under another, with the left one on top, and right one under it.

There is option to adjust this on your desired way using css. Please add a extra class name reverse_order to that specific row where you want to have reverse column order, and add this code to custom css field in Appearance > Customize > Additional Css

  display: flex;

Other solution would be to create one more row – the duplicate of your second row, where it will be <image> <text> order. And with css, you can hide that row on desktops, and show it only on mobiles, where you will hide initial row. Hope this helps and if you have any additional questions do let us know.

Hi,

I’m writing you here because I can’t contact you through your new support system (which won’t even accept my request) or via email (which replies with an auto-responder saying that email is no longer being checked). My support plan has run out, but I’m hoping you will still be able to help me because this is a problem that was previously fixed with your assistance, but the CSS you provided is no longer working due to theme updates.

The problem I am having is with the height of title area. It is getting too small on mobile devices and cutting off parts of the title. See this page for an example: https://www.tasteoftoulouse.com/terms-conditions/

This was the CSS that you originally provided me when I was building my website last fall that fixed the problem:

@media screen and (min-width: 780px) { .carousel { height:600px; } .touch .carousel-inner .item { height:600px; } }

Now, it’s no longer working. I was able to work around it for the select slider on my homepage, but it’s still a problem for the regular title areas on the rest of the pages. Ideally, I’d like to be able to set a minimum height for the title areas, so that they have portrait orientation while in mobile, instead of retaining the same landscape orientation of the desktop view.

Yes, our theme is compliant with GDPR, however, that does not mean it is free from cookies. The GDPR states that the user must be notified of any cookies used and you can simply add a GDPR notification plugin stating that cookies may be used in order to comply with its rules and regulations.

Hi. I bought the theme a year ago and installed on my site. I really want to enable fixed height rows for content in my site. I saw that you can only do that with a more recent version of WPBakery (after 5.7). After a little research I saw there are newer versions of the theme. So I downloaded the new version and installed. It comes bundled with 6.0.X. and I got a prompt to update the WPBakery Plugin. When I do that I get a lot of issues and the entire site becomes so slow its unusable. I updated my php to 7.2 but it doesnt fix the problem. What do you think is going on? If I install the latest version of the Stockholm theme should I be using WP Bakery 6.0.X plugin? This themeforest page says that 5.7 is supported but doesnt mention 6.0.X. Also what happened to using Visual Composer? The front end layout editor is far superior to WP Bakery.
