I work with another booking system like Booking and Airbnb then when I sync all my rooms with the URL Ical it works fine I can see all the reserves compiled, but my problem is that it doesn’t close the room, when I confirm a new booking in my system it should to close the room in Booking and Airbnb and vice versa when there is a booking in Booking and Airbnb it has to close my system WP but it doesn’t happen, it is possible? to avoid duplicate the room. ;( Please Help me thanks a lot

Hello! I followed the instructions to update the plugin into a new language in this case (Spanish) I translated in the PoEdit app then I saved it and let the extension with the same name, but doesn’t update, all the words are in the native language, I revised in WordPress Settings > General and doesn’t appear any new language. Please Help me I have been trying along time and I don’t know where is the problem! Thanks regards

Hi! I cannot set the permalinks. After I change them to “postname” or anything different than the first option – I get an error 403 – Forbidden. I’ve tried to regenerate the .htaccess, remove the .htaccess – nothing works. I can only use the first option… Can you give any suggestions?

No iCal is a calendar format which works on any platform, it works fine with Windows Outlook, Mac Calendar, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.

Hi, I have a site with theme version 2.2.1 and it works perfectly.
I installed the new theme version 3.2.2 and I have problems with displaying customize page and all related to booking and carousel accommodations.
i already checked and when i activate the soho hotel booking plugin, i cannot use customize theme. when activate this plugin also, i cannot view accomodation page. its only display the shortcode as per attach.
My support has just expired but I need to know how to solve this issue. i freshly download the new version from the website.

2.) All other data can be exported and importing using the standard tools built into WordPress
3.) WooCommerce is not supported, the theme supports Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer and pay on arrival

How can I add language support for the theme footer? To have the terms and conditions and privacy links in the theme footer I can add them on the theme options footer page. However there is no language selector on these options so I can only display one language. The law requires me to display the privacy policy in every language I target with my website, so when my hotel website is in English and German, I need to provide English and German links to the footer. How can I solve this issue?

It is very absurd one has to extend support yearly to get a simple fix. It costs the almost the same as the theme. I am very disappointed and will have to suggest all my clients not to purchase this theme anymore.
Sorry but it is clearly mentioned that the item includes 6 months of free support, and that if you need support beyond that period you need to extend.
