Some of you is having problems with the translations when checking availability from the form in the homepage?
When I click on the link that goes to xxx/bokings its translated correctly but when from the homepage I put the date and the number of people, this goes to the booking in the 2nd step and then the translations are gone. Some idea on how to fix it? Is it a bug?

Hi Nick, I’ve updated the theme, wordpress and plugins in an attempt to get my iCal feeds operational… and now the booking calendar is not linking. And the accommodation pages are not available in the menu… but the pages are still there in the back end. Do you have instructions somewhere on how to change the content over to fit the updated version with the Hotel system? Thank you!

Hi Nick, Thank you for directing me to the documentation to update from my old version. Everything is now looking good but try as I might I am still stuck. I am unfortunately having problems with the booking system and iCal and have a few questions:
Can I still have a step in the booking process for guests to enter their name and details, rather than make an account?
Can I manually enter a booking with the guest name as the title?
Can I stop the booking system from importing duplicates of reservations via iCal?
Can I stop the booking system from importing iCal reservations from past dates?
Is there no longer a booking calendar in the back end?
And if I can’t come to a workable solution for the above issues…
Can I show the availability calendar for each accommodation listing and have guests send an enquiry for me to confirm and enter to the calendar manually via another site?
Or can I remove the calendar completely but still have the accommodation pages?

Ical sync Pre-purchase question. I have read the documentation and have cleared how the sync works but have a problem. My hosting does not have a control panel and does not provide me with the ability of setting up a cron job. Is there any other way to auto sync the icals with my channel manager (Avaibook)? First of all I really like your theme and wanna purchase it. This theme is referred by me friend.
But I noticed some issues in your booking platform addressed below: 1. When we select the date from 30th of any month to 1st of next month, its shows 2 nights, instead of 1 night. Just go your demo booking page and select the date from 29/02/2020 to 01/03/2020. It will show 3 night bookings instead of 1 night. 2. When I was trying to book the ticket for 2 adults only and select the child quantity as 0, the amount of the 1 child also included automatically in the invoice. 3. The tax and other amount not showing in the detail price breakdown. Kindly look into the issue and let me know how can I solve it myself in easy way.

1.) This has already been fixed in an update (the demo website has not been updated yet though)
2.) I can’t replicate this problem, this functionality is working fine
3.) There is no tax added to the demo website, hence why no details of it display there

I hope you are doing well. But, unfortunately your theme doesn’t!
First off all, I’m not understanding: why you people providing the support to your paid customers only? Where we can share the details about the issues with you? Where we can share the screenshots of issues we are facing? Why there is no contact email id or skype id of yours, where we can directly contact with you?
You are taking advantages from us to fix the bugs in your product but providing support to your paid customers only. This is really ridiculous.
Ok, now come to the point: I found a link on Bing search, which is your prime customer, because he’s using the latest version 3.2.2 of your theme. And I verified the link on whatwpthemeisthat.com , which showing the name and version of the theme.

1.) The update didn’t fix the first issue completely, because when you select the dates i.e., let select the date 30-11-2019 to 01-12-2019, it should be 1 night but at the bottom of calendar it shows 2 nights. The update only fixed the issue in billing, while we are going to payment option, it consider the bill of only 1 night. Issue: In calendar, its still showing 2 nights instead of 1 night.
2.) Just follow the above link and check: When I was trying to book the ticket for 2 adults only and select the child quantity as 0, the amount of the 1 child also included automatically in the invoice. Issue: This functionality is not working properly, check it out by yourself.
3.) The tax is added in the above link, but not showing in the detailed price breakdown. Because you can notice the increment in the final amount by 18%. Issue: This functionality is not working properly and must be fixed.

Hello, I consider to purchase and use your theme for one my client. Before buying it I would be happy to clarify several questions, if possible:
1) I can see that your theme and probably booking system can be used for the case of multiple hotels. How it can be used? Can I add the field “Hotels” to the front page booking bar in order them to select the location?
2) Is it possible to switch the order of the discount coupon to be seen before the rate selected? Somewhere on the 1st step of the booking process? When they select those check-in check-out dates?
3) We are using our web reservation system, which has different ways of integration to any CMS. Are we able to use own WRS for sometime?
4) If yes, how we could add own booking bar to the front page?
5) When with the time we would move to your booking system, how we can connect it to our general inventory, which is made with the special hotel management software.
It would be great if you can clarify for me those questions.

1.) Yes you can add a “Hotel” selection option to all booking forms and search availability based on the hotel
2.) Sorry no that isn’t possible
3.) You should contact the author of this software and ask them if it’s compatible with WordPress
4.) Again for should contact the author and ask them how to do this, they most likely have extensive documentation you can refer to
5.) For the most part, I’d imagine you would need to manually move data over, although bookings could be transferred automatically if the other system supports iCal

I would have couple more questions, which actually came from our designer -
1) would it be possible to round such elements like booking form in the header of the page and contact us form? I mean to round the main box of the elements? 2) on the front page in the content area you have blocks, one for picture, one for text. Is it possible to split that kind of boxes on 4 equal squares? And can they be clickable?
3) Footer, can we make field for contacts in 2 or 4 columns?

The booking plugin doesn’t integrate with WooCommerce, but if you’re just using WooCommerce separately to sell general items online, you can use it with the theme no problem.

Hello, I need support because I already set up the payment section through paypal and stripe. When I make tests to make a reservation and enter the paypal account, do not let me enter the email and password this error appears “Verify the information entered and try again.”, With the stripe account when I make the reservation and I want to pay but still I have not put a card, it already appears in the system that a reservation was made and the room is blocked, but not only the one that was reserved but all of them, I need support because the last support ticket I put in never answered me and if it is not possible that the theme works well, I prefer the return of my money please.
