hi i just updated to v.1.7 and cinerama-core to 1.2.1 – and now my timelines are completely gone – how can i fix this?
by the way is the theme php 7.4 ready?
also if i scroll down at the main landing page the menu is crashed because of some stupid contact details and a top site title that appears – not funny at all!
another thing occurs: the latest version should be 1.8 not 1.7 which is from last august – maybe thats why i got in trouble here.

There was a typo in the change log. The latest version is 1.7 from December 25th. We haven’t tested our theme with php 7.4.

I am not paying for support anymore, especially when it had to do with your update. So I can not submit a ticket.
There is a problem, and I already had to spend some money to get it troubleshooted.
Can you please help, I have no need to buy support. But this is a issue connected with your update and nothing on my end. I really would like some help with this with out a ticket, or if you can give me a free ticket.
“This issue was caused by the fact that your cinerama-instagram-api.php file which is located inside your Cinerama Instagram Feed plugin, had a part of the code commented out.
This part of the code handled the redirect URI, and this is why you got that error.”
I fixed the URI error but Instagram feed is still not working on the new update.
Also “Interactive Image With Text” stoped working on last update.

I bought this theme and seems like there is nothing I can do to make my web pages responsive. There is no option in the wp-bakery backend editor to shift to tablet/mobile view. Like I have two columns in a row on a webpage, but in mobile they are not aligning properly the one I want above is beneath. The theme has no flexiblity and very limited plugins.

Is it possible for a novice to use this theme or will it require IT knowledge? Will it work with Go Daddy hosting? I have the older “Twenty-Eleven” theme from WP and it is extremely simple to use, and or add to the site. I would like to use Cinerama for an indie film. It seems that the browsers don’t allow the autoplay. When we load your site and click on settings, like in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/pymls4 we need to allow the sound to be played and then refresh your site in order to hear the sound the next time we load your site: http://prntscr.com/pymmcjThere’s nothing we can really do about this, since the browser configuration is blocking the audio from your site from playing.

I was looking at your demo, https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/movie-portfolio/ and when I go to a film, like this one https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/portfolio-item/documentary/ the video is actually a litebox, is it possible to have the video play inline? without having to have the popup video player.
