The maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header. As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100×100, the actual dimensions on the desktop will be 50×50.

Unfortunately, we haven’t tested the Aviana theme with any booking/reservation plugin.
When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

I would like to acquire the images found in this theme, which you say were purchased from Shutterstock.
1) Are you able to provide a complete list of the Shutterstock image codes?
2) Will it be necessary to PhotoShop the images after downloading these?
3) If so, do you provide such a service?

Thank you for taking interest in our theme!
We have a lot of themes and we have unlimited access to Shutterstock so we are not keeping track of images. There is an option to search on Shutterstock if you upload an image, so you’ll get original results for it.
Most of our demo images are cropped to some particular dimension in Photoshop. Some images might be additionally Photoshoped.
Regarding the additional services of photo editing and changing images – we don’t work things like that. We are focused on providing support to our customers for default theme functionalities.

Just bought this theme, upon install/activation of the “core” plug in Wordpress returns this error “There has been a critical error on your website.” site becomes unusable until I delete the plug in. Ive tried manually installing it and multiple versions of PHP.

1.) I had updated sidriinternational.in by the installation of envato market plugin. It worked and the website is updated to the latest version.
However, when I tried to follow the same method on sidriinternational.com , the website broke.

2.) I recently realized that there is some problem in blog section of sidriinternational.in.

Please follow these steps for updating your website:
Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate aviana.zip
Extract aviana.zip and locate the aviana folder
Copy/Replace the contents of the aviana folder to the /wp-content/themes/aviana folder of your web site.
You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins.

I am trying to modify the file aviana-child \ framework \ modules \ woocommerce \ shortcodes \ product-list \ templates \ parts \ info-below-image.php in child-theme, but it is not loaded despite the corrections it contains. You need to modify something in function.php so that all files from / child-theme are loaded correctly? In this particular case, I need to turn off the animations after hovering over the product so that BUY NOW is always visible as a button.

Our child theme is a standard child theme.
It is meant to be used for minor modification. If you want to make these kind of changes, you need to rewrite the code a bit more in order to make it work.

I have bought this item and now I am trying to update it to a newer update, and that makes my entire webpage break down. I know my support isn’t active anymore, but I can definitly update myself. All I have done is uploadet the new theme file through ftp and then it’s all errors.
