I find out the issue when I use the GT matrix to test the site speed. The below is the report https://gtmetrix.com/reports/tutorboxhk.com/jA0vDhiL I find out one of the script take >17s to load. Firstly, I can’t spot out this, until I try to change the theme. The script was disappear. Is it any way to take out this? Hope someone can solve.

We have tested the login to our support center and it works fine, if you have any issues logging to our system, please send us an email via our profile page.
All Scripts cause the slowness of your website are related to Facebook, Youtube and Google JS files, disable the Facebook, Youtube and the Map widgets in the sidebar they load more than 15 Js files.

I confess I miss the share button for Facebook Messenger. There are as many variants as WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, but there is no Facebook Messenger, which is one of today’s top messaging apps.

Please try these common solutions. If none of these fix the problem, please open a new support ticket.
- Update everything including WordPress, the theme and plugins. Available updates appear in Dashboard > Updates.
- Deactivate all plugins in case there is a conflict. If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.
- Switch to the default theme (such as Twenty Thirteen) then try to do what was not working. If the problem remains, it is a general WordPress or hosting issue. If it happens only while using our theme, please let us know.
- Clear cache in both your browser and in any caching plugins that you are using (also disable services like CloudFlare, if used with your website).
- Revert code changes if you have modified the theme’s code. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.

All plugins and themes are updated. I deactivated all plugins and tried to work the main page slider, nothing! I deactivated them one-by-one…again nothing! Tried with changing themes…nothing! Cleared cache and tried all of the above…nothing! And i haven’t modified the theme’s code. My support period is due, are you willing to help with this problem?

Hello! On the demo, you have the Trending News section with multiple categories. I can’t figure out how to create the multiple categories in the block. I’ve tried everything. When I use the News Block, it creates the categories in these weird blocks without any navigation. I don’t think this is right.

Hello, I bought the theme and trying to set it up. I got my instagram access token and have no problems. But in regards to Facebook, I cannot get api key since there is no place to integrate it, and after I put my fb username, it only shows 0 followers. How to fix this?

Facebook Counter works with the PAges only not personal accounts, and it doesn’t require an API key to work.

None of the changes made on the latest update can cause these issues, check the changelog file most of the files modified are the loops templates and AMP related files.
Till now, there are 150+ websites have updated to version 4.5.0 and zero issue have been reported.
