Does your theme support elementor plugin?
Hi,
Our custom modules are added to the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, so if you will use the Elementor plugin those modules would not be available. It is not possible to create the page design as on our demo site via the Elementor plugin.

I bought this theme more than a year ago. Still super happy with it. The WPBakery Page Builder was included, but it needs an update. The pages that I`ve built with it, don`t show the modules anymore, they show all the code instead. Can you update your theme, so everybody can still use it? Or is there a way that I can fix this problem by myself?

Hi,
All the plugins which are not free come under our Extended License, so you don’t need to pay for their license to use them. Some of them might have messages requiring activation, but they are already activated on our side. No purchase code needed. When using them under our license you will need to wait for the plugin updates in our regular theme updates. If you want to be able to auto-update them from wp-admin, you will need to buy your own personal license for that. However, we always include the latest versions of the plugins in every update of the theme.
Here is a related manual below in order to update premium themes -> https://support.stylemixthemes.com/how-to-update-a-premium-theme. After it, you can update/activate/install all the theme external plugins as well under the WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> install plugins section.
Also, WordPress 5.0 comes with the Gutenberg edit as the default editor which overrides the WPBakery Page Builder editors. You need to install the latest version of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin which contains an option for disabling the Gutenberg Editor under the WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings -> http://prntscr.com/prgnpm

thanks for your reply, I did the update just like in the movie. Now I have a lot of error messages. De theme doesn’t work anymore, also wp page bakery still doesn’t work.
There shouldn’t be any conflicts with theme latest update as we have already checked our customers live websites as well as we have checked our own testing environment. We recommend you to deactivate all of your site extra and caching plugins as well. Moreover, make sure that you have activated/updated/installed as well all the theme external plugins under the WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> install plugins section

Hi, I have the following error: Name Description IkMoed Template not present. Themes must have an index.php template file. subthemes must have a template header in the style.css stylesheet.

Yes, you can use extra plugins as well. However, we recommend you to use most popular plugins. We are not able to provide exactly which extra plugins are compatible with Health Coach theme

Sure, In the theme, we used WPBakery Page Builder, which allows the use of embedded codes.
According to the Themeforest license policy, you can use the theme only one domain. You are able to use activation token three times for testing the theme on dev servers.

It turned out to be a WP Bakery problem. My client was using an old version of your theme and had no access to the updates. We decided to buy the theme and update. Now the events work fine.

1. You need to install all the required plugins to your WordPress. The error means, that WordPress can’t upload the plugins to your website folder on your Server. As there are already folder names of those plugins.
You need to remove those folders via FTP or Cpanel and try re-install plugins.
2. The dimensions of the slider image are – 1680×725 pixels.

1. Yes, you can add custom CSS to implement your request. 2. Unfortunately, there is no such kind of option in the theme. It needs to customize the theme templates to realize your request. 3. In the theme you can use “Booked” plugin for appoinments (not included in the theme).

I have all the required plugins installed. “Theme Options” appear in version 2.0.1 then it literally disappears when I update to 2.1 – I had to revert back. Please check the newest versioning for bugs and compatibility with WordPress. 5.1.

I have ALL the required plugins installed and this update is still removing the “theme options” completely.
There should not be such kind of conflicts in the theme by default. Try to deactivate all of your extra and caching plugins and re-check once more.

I have done everything. I’ve not added any other plugins. And I’m tired of having to restore my site to the previous version rollback. If the error was on my end, the previous version would not work. The only variable is this new update.
