Hello there, I have only Ver. 6.1, where and how can I get the updated version
I am asking for the update because I have a problem with image not being clear when I use it for container background, I read a comment for the same problem and your response was to set up the image for full size and you pointed to this screen shot https://prnt.sc/q8n71b in my version I don’t see the size option at the bottom of the screen
Also, I thought that evanto market will send me an email whenever a new update is available ? or how do you notify us of a new update.

If your theme is registered correctly, then your updates can be see by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Updates
When adding/selecting an image from media can you please ensure that the image is selected to have a full size, Screenshot here

Is there any possibility of adding in the functionality so that we can put elements inside tabs without having to use the shortcode generator? It’s possible in Visual Composer so it should be possible?

Right now its not possible to do so and you will need to use the SC generator for any content based area, however depending on the requests we receive from our customers our dev team will look into that in future

You will definitely be needing 3rd party plugins for that, however everything that you mentioned above can be done with Avada and the required plugins, we do have design integration with WooCommerce aswell.

I have bought 3 Avada licenses – the first in 2018 and the last a couple of days ago. Of course, in Envato it says “1 year of support left”, Still, it tells me at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/ this: “Your support period has expired, to reactivate your theme support please extend/renew your Envato item support as explained here.” Why?

Hi, I’m going to build a website for a fitness trainer that will offer videos and blog posts along with a paid membership service where people pay for custom workouts and diets. Is this supported by your theme? Can I do this using a regular license? I’m not selling the end product (the website) itself. Rather custom workouts and diets are being sold through the end product.

But i don’t have their account and the company is not operational any more. How can i log in and create new token ? Can i somehow use the Item Purchase Code to register again a new website, or can i somehow transfer the license to my account ?

In terms of access to the support account and also to perform the theme update, you will need to get in touch with the person to request that they give you the access credentials for the support account and also access to the Themeforest account originally used to purchase the theme so that you can update the theme and generate a token key as explained here -> https://bit.ly/2LBNmG8
If you cannot get in touch with the person that originally purchased the license so that you can get access to their Themeforest account to generate a token key, your alternative is to purchase your own theme license to get access to updates, tokens and theme support -> https://bit.ly/2s9b065

So, what you are telling me is that i bought your theme, i paid for it, i have a purchase code for it, but i can’t have it, because some web design company went out of business…. RIGHT ???

This is not really what we mean. Your purchase code is extracted from the ThemeForest account which is used to purchase the theme. ThemeForest is a marketplace for themes and plugins and we do not have any authority in resetting credentials for their site. To generate a new token, you will need a login of the your ThemeForest account. If you do not have access to this account then you can try to get in touch with ThemeForest support to check if they can be of any further help to you

Currently we do not have this feature in the theme.We can add a video in the slider and the slider can be asked to be behind the header is the header has opacity. However the height of the slider and header may vary and would not be the same

Hi Shaminder, thanks for your great advice and direction to update documents. I’ve now cloned the site and am working through the various updates I need to do – hopefully it’s not too scary! I can’t get the official support any more because my 6 months is up and I can no longer access the support page

It took a while, but I did manage the upgrade, and nothing broke! yay! Just a few settings I needed to re-set. It took longer to set up the cloned site and try it out first!, but I did have to be sure.

Using GTMetrix to test website performance I am getting a E rating which is 59% with the default theme installed with demo content. No additional content or changes. Even using the WP Super Cache doesn’t improve speed. What can be done to speed this theme up? Is this all in the developers hands for a revamp update focused on performance or is there any guide or step by step process to help performance? I’ve gotten most themes I’ve purchase to a 90+ A rating speed wise mostly by either a mod or plugin and none of the usual tricks work to speed it up. Need help badly as I have my entire company site being developed on here and speed is of the essence and it’s essential before development can commence. Thank you in advance.
Okay, after doing more testing it seems the WooCommerce pluging is bloatware that basically slows the entire theme down. Hope this helps
Contact Form 7 plugin slows it down from 96% to 95%.
