Hi,
For some reason, the html5-main-video container which is rendered within the default WordPress video player gets an inline top offset of some 200px. This is a result of the player’s JavaScript logic and we can not figure out why this is happening – the player comes with the WordPress and as such can not be controlled from within the theme nor the theme influences it in any way.
Please note that we were unable to recreate the issue in our development environment and no other users reported it.
You can apply one of two patches though:
1. Add the following css snippet to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
video.html5-main-video {
top: 0px !important;
}
and it should compensate for the top offset
or
2. migrate from the Video Page element to Text page element and paste https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VM7iQpqlpRQ into it. It will render the YouTube’s player instead of WordPress one.

Your theme is visually good but bad at speed. Even the Autoptimize plugin does not help with acceleration.

Evaluation of the the speed of the theme/site is a complex task – a lot of factors influence the speed of the site and at least half of them are not related to the theme. Anyhow, we have successfully used caching plugins such as w3 total cache, but they require some experience in fine tuning of WordPress performance.

Yes you can, you can import the demo content form any of the demos. The besto option though is to import the demos into separate sites (WP multisite instance can server for this purpose) and then to use clipboard functionality to copy and paste needed page elements from one demo to another.

You should rebuild permalinks:
1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard. Go to Settings > Permalinks.
2. Select an alternative permalinks structure -> Save Changes. For instance, if you’re currently using the Day and name settings. Change it to something else, like Post name.
3. Once done, change it back to your standard structure and hit Save Changes once again.

Hey Guys! Love the template, the look of it was a job well done! The only thing I would ask of you would be to allow for the customization of the 404 page WITHOUT having to hard code the changes, which will get erased anyway upon update. Please tell me you can do this in a “coming soon” update.

The website doesn’t work well, if the Wordpress preferred language is arabic. The menu becomes not responsive on mobile view and the whole view freezes until the page is refreshed!!
