It should be visible, please make sure that you have the YouTube API enabled from Avada > Theme Options > Advanced Tab, if however the issue persists please do open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I think there is just recently something happened with WordPress update and Avada compability.
WordPress 5.2 Says “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue”
Says also; WordPress caught an error with your theme, Avada

I have just received this email from my WordPress system only 2 hours ago 12/12/2019 5:30pm
And yet my server memory resource went up to 2GB more and everytime I update a page it goes to %100 and causes 503 Server Error
I think something happening… ? I hope to get some updated patch

Update: New WordPress version seems able to fix the compatibility issue, at least I don’t keep receiving these emails anymore…

Hello Avada Team, can i import a Demo without overwriting existing content? I will change the Theme of a website to the Avada Theme, without delete anything of the content, but using one of the demos.

I am afraid this is not quite possible. If you import a demo, it will override menu, widgets, set homepage and it will change the styling due to theme options. I would not really recommend doing this and certainly not attempt this without a backup
I would suggest doing this on a new staging site (if you need to test the demos)

Hey, can you confirm if LearnDash.com plugin is compatible to work with this theme & the Avada page builder is able to work with custom post types and the shortcodes and custom post types are compatible. Thank you

We have not really tested the LearnDash plugin in depth to guarantee 100% compatibility. However any plugin with correct WPcoding standards will work well with Avada. Also, yes, the Fusion builder will work with CPT

The plugins are bundled with their basic free version actually, you should be able to create the sliders and use all the features of plugins but for the premium features such as support and other addons you will need to purchase a standalone plugin license and you can read all about it here => https://bit.ly/2PyXj8q

We have not officially tested or design integrated Avada with Learndash however I have seen some of our customers using Learndash with Avada, also I am not sure how the control panel of plugin looks like but that depends on the plugin itself however the Shop page screenshot you sent is doable using WooCommerce and category filters for sure

Hi.
With the sticky header is there a way to disable the padding behaviour? I find the increase in size in the header annoying when scrolling down and it’s too much work to find the precise padding number that doesn’t cause any change in size. Is there a way to just turn off having separate padding size for the header when scrolling down? Thanks!

Fusion Builder’s 2.1.2 Live Edit Mode, Cannot Set Hyperlink Target to “Open new Window”, works only in backend editing mode! and cannot enter Chinese text in the text box element of Chrome browser, it works only in firefox browser.
