Hello Listify Team, I have purchased Listify theme. However, I am unable to use the account to create a new ticket so that is why I am posting my question here. Please correct that and reply me on my email registered to the account. Here is my question.

Question) I want to integrate WooCommerce Bookings Plugin in the Add Your Listing form to allow Owners to set their availability and price. Thereafter, once the listing is approved and published, then Guest should be able to see this availability and pick a slot accordingly. Of-course guest will need to pay the price first in order to book that slot and thereafter that slot is booked. How can I achieve that?

I checked your documentation. There is no document which illustrates how to integrate WooCommerce Bookings into the Add Listing Form.

I also checked with the WooCommerce Bookings Support team. According to them, it is not possible to integrate WooCommerce Bookings inside Listify theme.

So I am confused as to how to use Woocommerce Bookings Plugins inside the Listify theme?. Please help with this.

DoeS Listify include a social network community feature, similar to Facebook, and also a multi-vendor feature, similar to the facebook marketplace, to enable all site members to market their own products and services? If not, are there plugins available?

Can I create relationships between the different listing types? for example, let’s say I want to create a listing type of ‘Market’ and another listing type of ‘Store’ which belongs to a ‘Market’ that can have multiple ‘Stores’ and ‘Stores’ that can be in different ‘Markets’. I need to list the ‘Stores’ in the ‘Market’ listing page and allow the user to filter through them depending on ‘Category’ and ‘Features’. Is it possible?

Can you still change it from KM to Miles? I can’t find anywhere where this is done. It just always shows KM. I’m in America and most of the listings are here. Miles should be the default for us with an option to switch it. There isn’t even a place for the user to change this. Everything is stuck on KM.

When you click the link for listings most of the time get stock on Loading results… and that happens too after you click a lisiting and go back sometimes get stock on Loading results… I tried deactivating the plugins I installed and We update all plugins and theme. And still. Can you help please?.

Hi, I love the theme but I’m in need of help. Any idea why the theme is so incredibly slow? I have about 6000 listings in the theme. I’ve bought the theme long time ago but didn’t get to use it. Now I’ve been putting in a lot of work in it but the site is useless due to the slow speed. :-/

I upgraded to my host providers biggest package with 512 mb php cache. But very little difference.

As well, after importing with WP all import, the theme doesn’t show CITY NAME.

My support is ended long time ago.

Any ideas?

This is just awesome. After building for weeks a directory website based on an other plugin I’m discovered this theme. I’t seems you have covered all the features that I need. Incredible. Wish I had found this before

But I do have some questions:

1. I’d like to have multiple plans so business owners can list there business on 1,2 or 3 categories. It that possible?

2. Is it possible to create a ad product so business owners can create ad for events etc? And is it possible to mix it on listing pages?

3. Is it possible to create custom templates for the frontend?

I am interested in your theme but nervous as it hasn’t had an updated in 2+ months which is sometimes a sign a theme will no longer be supported.

We have the following presale question and would be very grateful for your help on these!

1) Advanced Hierarchical Filtering (most important question for us!) We are intending to replicate the search functionality at w w w . f l a y r .com.au/ where a user has basically 3 levels of search functionality: a) user sets 1. region, 2. date, 3. services b) the “services” filter is then layered, i.e. after selection 1, further options are shown and so on c) after selecting the “services” is finished, more persons can be added and (b) repeats. Could you please help us in understanding, how this could be replicated? If this isn’t possible to be replicated with plugins only, how complex would the customisation be for this?

2) Distance Price Calculation Our listing owners would charge a milage allowance of eg 0.50€/km. So a user would enter his address at the search step and eventually on the results page see various beauty stylists and their prices. Hence, the website would need to calculate the milage allowance in the background based on the distance between listing owner and the entered address by the user. Could you please advise how this could be achieved?

3) Deposit payment split We would like to charge customers a deposit and final remaining payment 1 day before or on the day of the booked appointment. We noticed there is a WooCommerce Deposit plugin, however, from the information available we understand there are only fixed intervals for the split payments (e.g. today + 1/2/3 months). Are there any other solutions that would help in achieving what we are looking for?

4) Charges for Cancellation of Bookings In case of customer cancellations within certain windows, we would like to charge or refund certain amounts. For example, if customers cancel 1 week in advance the deposit would be refunded, but if customers cancel 1 day before the treatment the deposit and 50% of the remaining payment would be charged. Could you kindly help us to understand if and how this could be achieved at all with listify?

- Apparently the listings for regions are generated using some kind of javascript code. I would like to have an “static” version of the page generated in php. I have tested the information in https://listify.astoundify.com/article/814-create-static-listing-pages-for-seo but with the same results. How can this be done? - I have tried to use your support page but the purchased theme does not appear in it, so I am not able to put a new ticket.

Pre-sale question: You mentioned “WooCommerce Bookings” plugin is integrated with Listify theme. Does that mean I will have that plugin if I purchase your theme? Or I will need to purchase that plugin separately from here (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/) ? I need a directory theme like Listify with booking features.
