Why I cant import themes in different domains? This new rule should be work to new customers, not to old customers. When we buy the theme in the past, the rules were that. You can’t change of this way. I can’t create ticket with support to solve it.

You should know that it has always been like this as by Envato regulations with regular licence you can only use your purchase code for one site. Is it possible to disable the Elementor options from qode? I believe an elementor addon plugin I am using is not working because of the built in options. Please let me know, thanks.

With the new update of Bridge, we have added the possibility to use either WPBakery plugin or Elementor plugin. Off course different demos comes with either one of the Page builder plugin, so if you have imported a demo that has been created with Elementor you should have this plugin active, if it is other way around then you should off course have WPBakery active. You do not need to have them both activated and can use only one that suits your needs.

Also you should know that both Elementor and WPBakery are fully compatible with the theme and they will work without any issue.

Now that LayerSlider is leaving Envato’s marketplace, will you be providing continued packaged updates for this add-on plugin to Bridge? What is the status of this. Currently bundled with 6.9.2 – it is now out-of-date as version 6.10 is the newest version. Have you stopped providing updates for this theme?

No, we have not stopped to provide updates of the theme as we are constantly working on updates for all our themes and its plugins. As well as you should know that version 6.10 will be included in the next theme update.

Do you plan to implement a cookie consent tool or are you stil working on a solution? Since October one need that in Germany. There are solutions like this https://usercentrics.com/ or https://borlabs.io/borlabs-opt-in/ for example. But it will be better, if that is implemented in the theme already, like in other themes.

Listing cookies is domain territory, so try to search for some plugin for that purpose. You can try following ones for example https://srd.wordpress.org/plugins/cookie-law-info/ https://srd.wordpress.org/plugins/uk-cookie-consent/ . Also, amount of cookies can vary, and some other plugins my use additional cookies, so if you want to make check entire list of cookies and to write them down, you can install some Google Crhome extension like maybe EditThisCookie https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/editthiscookie/fngmhnnpilhplaeedifhccceomclgfbg?hl=sr

I imported one of your demo’s and noticed it is all WP Bakery. I want to use Elementor so I was hoping you had a elementor version of your demo’s please let me know how I can do this as I don’t want to be forced to use wp bakery. Thanks

Please note that since we have added Elementor Page Builder plugin we have also added demos that are built exclusively with this plugin. So you can choose from a variety of demos that are built with Elementor or WPBakery. There is no way to convert an existing demo that is built with WPBakery plugin to Elementor that to try to build it on your own.

Hi, pre-sale question, before I purchase a domain, I wanted to show to my client a design idea using your Bridge theme under a sub-domain of my web hosting, I was wondering if it’s possible to de-activate the purchase code on a sub-domain (once my client decides), then re-activate the purchase code under their new purchased domain? Thanks for taking an interest in our theme! :) One licence is for one website only so if you want to showcase your client the theme best would be to show them our demos for this purpose.

You can deregister the theme, which will not allow you to use it on your subdomain, and register it on another domain. Please read our article about registering/deregistering the theme here.

I imported the plumber demo but the menu text is over the slide text and the top quarter of the slide (the guys head is missing from the shoulders up) not sure to get the image full size as per your demo. I can’t show you a link because it’s hosted locally but can provide a screenshot if needed, cheers

I fixed it, looks like the image behind the menu didn’t import but sorted now.

Hi, I bought your theme, but I can’t translate it. I’ve done the translation through POEDIT, to Portuguese, but the read more buttons on the slide and inside the news is still in English.

Hello, in Qode music plugin I have translate many strings of plugin thanks to LOCO translate! However, the dates are not translatable with LOCO…

How can I translate the date in Qode music plugin? Now is “JUN” but I want it to be in italian “GIU” as Giugno. Thank you!

Sorry my mistake, regarding the date format on event list, there is a custom solution. You have to connect to your server via ftp , find the following file:

wp-content\plugins\qode-music\post-types\events\shortcodes\templates\events-list-template.php

...and change this code ( backup the file before modifying ):

date( 'D' , strtotime( $date )

...to:

date_i18n( 'D' , strtotime( $date )

This modification should be repeated after updating Qode Music plugin, since the file is not inherited in the child theme.
