I updated my theme at the prompting of the WordPress update, but there’s no update for WPBakery 6.1. As a matter of fact, the request to update to 6.1 has totally disappeared. Was this by design?

Yes, it can be usefull with the plugin!!! but I have been looking a tables without plugin, in theme options, but I dont’ know in what theme and page I can find it. Thanks a lot for your quick reply.

Hi there, can your recommend any method/plugins that could move the sidebar to a button at the top of page on mobiles. This would be really useful for Woocommerce filters, to have a “filter” button at the top instead of them all disappearing to the bottom.

Really love The7 – works great, many thanks for that – however, since update to Slider Revolution 6.1.5 almost all options end in ‘Register Slider Revolution to Unlock Premium Features’; took me a while but found that this is the new default behavior of Slider Revolution, anything we can do about that?

Could you please clarify what options do you mean? If you are referring to premium features, they are available for users who stand-alone plugin version https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins#difference
I narrowed down the problem to the ‘Icon / SVG’ layer – if, for example, you want to use an FontAwesome icon (which is also bundled with The7, plus I have a separate license) Slider Revolution will complain about it being a premium feature. Which is awful because the is no easy way to include icons another way (or is there?).
Nonetheless, if I don’t use icons, there is no real problem; so many thanks for the theme, it’s great! and thanks for the reply.

Yes, The7 is compatible with Elementor. For now, it allows to use default elements from this plugin. But we are also currently working on The7 post types integration.

Hello, i transferred my website to another domain, including the already installed the 7 files. I purchased a new license and registered the theme on the new domain. I can’t update WPBakery Page Builder, it says I need a separate license for this plugin. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, but no luck. Can you help? Thanks

When I click the “update the theme” text link it just takes me back to my theme page with no option to update the theme as previously available?

When im trying to update the The7 WPBakery Page Builder from version 6.0.5.1 to the newest 6.1 version im getting the following error : “The7 WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required.”.

I have tried about 5 times to import main demo and it keeps getting stuck at 2%.. any idea why? I have set my time limits in php to 6000 but still nothing. I have plenty of space, plenty of speed on teh server..
Ive had no problems with importing Agency one demo.. jus the main one seems to be the problem.

I am trying to install the theme and and receiving the following error “There has been a critical error on your website.” Upon troubleshooting I found that if I disable convertplug, go_pricing, & js_composer that the error is no longer there but then obviously without those critical plugins the these is useless.

I am afraid the only one, tested with The7, e-commerce system is WooCommerce. But if you only need to create some login area with private content visible for a specific group of users (like invoice download link), you can try plugins like “Groups”. As far as I know, some of our buyers are using it.
