You can remove the featured image from displaying in the post header by turning off the option “Single Post Header Inherits Featured Image” in the Salient options panel > blog > styling tab. TO show the featured image under the post header, ensure that the option “Hide Featured Media on Single Post” is off as well.

Hey waltoslaguna, I would recommend that you use the included Salient page builder if you intend on using Salient. Without it, you will not have access to all of the Salient elements.

Thanks for clarifying Karolina, I can see now after taking another look at your URL that there is some custom CSS in place which is preventing the color option from working. The CSS responsible is:

    color: #cccccc !important;
    font-weight: 700 !important;
}

if you change that to the following, it will not interfere anymore:

body a {
    color: #cccccc;
    font-weight: 700 !important;
}

There is no built in theme option to enable AMP, but the official plugin should work: https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/

The idea of a dark theme mode is still on the wishlist.

a. You can show super high res images in a lightbox (full version modal), but you would not want to load those on the page itself as that would indeed slow down any website.

b. Yes, the off-canvas menu area is a widget area and customizable

Hey reticen1, the template saving issue was a confirmed bug in the core of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. They actually just released a fix today as well, so we will be providing that updated version once we complete testing.

Hey mrittman, Unfortunately, Salient does not offer a slider that uses thumbs for navigation – as of now, that would require the use of a plugin.
