Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Please update the theme to update WP Bakery Page Builder.
Visual Composer is distributed as part of the theme under “In-Stock License” which means you do not need a separate license. However this in-stock license only allows you to use the plugin but not update automatically or activate it. Activation is only required for automatic updates and support access.
We provide support for Visual Composer and whenever a visual composer update is available, we will download the latest version test it against our theme and bundle it as a theme update. So updating the theme will get you the latest version of Visual Composer.
Once you had updated your theme, you will have to navigate to Appearance > Plugins > Visual Composer and de-activate and delete the existing version. Once you have deleted all the VIsual Composer files, you will be prompted again to install Visual Composer. This time you can install the latest version from the theme.
The same applies for Slider Revolution too.

1. Can you please clarify which homepage you are using ? Are you using a template or default template.
2. WooCommerce by default displays all variations as select dropdown only. You’ll have to rely on third-party plugins to display your variations as swatches, labels or images. Here is a plugin that does that and is compatible with the theme : https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/

( Ref : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/ ). This means there will be no content in the text editor area or visual composer back-end editor. The content is loaded from the template file and are configurable via page options meta-box that are present below the editor ( Ref : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/#home-v1-page-options ). This makes sure that the home pages are independent of page editors.
However you can also build the home pages using visual composer or Elementor. 2. Please use custom CSS to add margin to the content you’ve added.

Thank you for reaching us. I believe you are using a third-party plugin for brands. It is not required as you can use WooCommerce’s core attributes to assign brands.
The code you’ve written is incorrect as there is no action available in WooCommerce. You can use the ‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title’ or ‘woocommerce_shop_loop_item_title’ actions.

1. From your screenshot I see that you want to achieve a boxed layout. It can be done via custom CSS. We can help you with that.
2. Product Filters can be added based on attributes. You can add as many as attributes to a product and you can add a filter by attribute widget. Only the attributes that apply to a given result set of products will appear in the sidebar.
3. Like I’ve explained in 2, only filters available for a product result set will appear. For example if you add only price, color and size filters to products in shirts category, only they will appear when viewing shirts category page.

You cannot assign filters to categories. Filters widget use product attributes for filtering. You can assign attributes to products and if those products can be assigned to categories. You can have as many as attributes as possible.

If you are facing issues when using as a megamenu please make sure you’ve set correct classes. The width of the mega menu is set by adding a special class to the parent menu item of the mega menu item. Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The function is_user_logged_in is a function that is available later in the WP load order. This could be triggered from a third-party plugin or a custom code that calls this function before the function is available.
I can guarantee that we do not have this error in the theme but it may be coming from any of the third-party plugins. Please try de-activating them one by one to identify the offending plugin.

Got a problem with elementor and revolutionslider. I chosoe to make a new page, choose elementor full width template. Start building page with Elementor set first column to fullwidth anb stretch content and drag revolutionslide module inside. I see a fullwidth slide in my elementor but on the lif choose to view it “live” its boxed in and doenst stretch over the whole screen??
Shall you have both Visual Composer and Elementor active?

Hi, thank you for fast support! My client made an adjustment in functions.php but that is solved now and evrything is ok
One question though, when you press add to cart in shop the product adds and the off canvas shopping cart slides out but on single product level it doesnt slide out after adding a product.
You have to them manually click on the cart symbol for the off canvas cart to slide out.
Can we have it so it always slides out as you add something to the cart?

Thank you for getting back. Glad your issue is resolved. This is because the AJAX add to cart is available in product archive pages only and not available in single product page. This is WooCommerce’s default function and it cannot be changed because the page actually reloads and the trigger function required to call the off-canvas is not present.

We highly recommend using CDN. In fact we are using CDN for our servers as well. I am not sure which CDN you are using but they are incorrectly loading the assets URL causing them to be blocked by browser. It does not occur from the theme. You can reach out to the CDN plugin developers and ask them about this. If they provide details that requires help from our side, we’ll gladly help.
