Hi guys! I’m having some trouble to translate a specific part of the theme. I’m using LOCO translator to edit the ”.po” file and it keeps showing me the alert of “doubtful” when I modify the text to my own language. For being more specific the section that I’m trying to modify is the “user login button” on the header. Can you give me a helping hand with it? Thank you in advance team!

But if it’s not suitable for you and you want to use third-party plugin you need additional customization to make our theme compatible with the plugin. You can install third-party plugin to be able to upload SVG files to your Media and remove default WordPress limits for the SVG, for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/svg-support/

I have downloaded the latest 6.2.5 version. But, it doesn’t have the latest plugin files like WP Bakery, Slider Revolution, etc. Because, of that after updating theme in my site causes so many issues. Please let me know the way to install updated plugins.

The latest version of XStore is fully compatible with WP 5.3.1.
It is recommended to create a backup of your files and database before starting any updates.

After updating the theme to the latest version now, the xstore core plugin is giving error and not compatible again, I had deactivate it and some features doesn’t work, please kindly fix asap

Please, watch the video tutorial on how to update theme https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk Don’t update just theme or just XStore core plugin to new versions. If you update theme then you need to update plugin after that (Dashboard > Updates > press Force check button > check plugin and press Update).

I updated both the theme and plugin to the latest version. It’s not showing icon image and product image on my site. only showing blank image

Theme version: 6.2.5 Plugin version is 1.5.5 I tried deactivating w3 total cache and it worked fine but doesn’t if activate back. And I need the cahce plugin for the performance improvement. I don’t really understand because it was working fine when I updated both theme and the core plugin the last time

Done but same thing, everything only work fine when I disable the cache plugin. Please what’s the best cache plugin that best work for your theme?

W3 Total cache works fine as a rule. The issue could appear also if you use third-party plugins and they are not fully compatible with the W3 Total cache and once plugin is enabled it generates issues that affect also theme performance. Besides, do you use only cache plugin or also CDN? Many issues after the update appear because users forget to clear the CDN cache after the update. If you want to get a detailed investigation of the problem on your site please submit topic on the support forum https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ and provide Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
