When the plugin Essential Grid is enabled, it prohibits WPBakery from working on the backend when working on a page. Instead of seeing the visual composer, you only see shortcodes. The visual composer doens’t load at all. As well, it prohibits the page from load correctly: Theme Options don’t load, Screen Options doesn’t work, and more. I have to disable Essential Grid in order to edit a page. Is this a known conflict?
I bought this theme sometime ago, and we are just now using it, so our support has expired. Please help if you can.
Is the Essential Grid plugin necessary or required?

There’s a conflict between WordPress 5.5 and Ess. Grid and Slider revolution plugins. For proper work, those plugins should be updated. You can get the latest version of bundled plugins whenever you need the update via tickets.

This theme has given me a headache. The person who installed the theme for me has been great but trying to navigate it on my own is like trying to figure out a foreign language. Nothing is simple at all. I can’t even figure out how to remove Daniel Green’s name.

I love this theme! But I wonder if it’s possible to just show the books instead to sell them directly by WooCommerce? because in my case it’s the publisher house or libraries whom sell the books.

You may change it in Fons & Colors section. In case you want to overwrite the styles and some of them are not presented in color scheme, we recommend adding its css rules to Customize> Additional CSS, just use ”!important”.

replacing #ffffff with color code for header background and #eeeeee with color code for border-line between logo and menu areas.

However, The demo content will only load to 96% and everything is a friggin’ nightmare right now. I can’t even find where to remove “Daniel Green’s” name. I have a basic working knowledge of WordPress but this is next level frustrating. The WP Bakery looks like organized chaos to me. The video slider disappeared from the home page I selected and is now on another page but it’s only about an inch tall so you can’t even see it, change it, nothing. Is there any support system to get this off the ground? I’ve sent 3 tickets and have not received a response whatsoever. Are there video tutorials specific to this theme? I feel like I just flushed 60 dollars down the drain.

These files are responsible for displaying the form in different styles. Choose the file you need, open it in any text editor, and change HTML code according to your needs.
