Hello, Happy New Year 1. Yes i tired, it logged it, but it was blank the event on the site was not showing 2. Yes, it did not come at all… Emails come from the site, like when a new user sign up, the user will get an email and admin will get an email too. But i tired the rest password option it was not working. 3. (Subject: Register Successfully) Email Content: You registered an user successfully at https://www.fidartickets.com . Please login and edit your profile at: https://www.fidartickets.com/author/enyosam/ so i am asking how i can edit this email content that will be automatically sent to registered user. 4. Sure, i want to remove this caption: “You can choose to display featured” from under the single event listing page

Thank you for replying. I know where the package and membership options should be but its not there, even after logging in as a vendor the option is not on vendor dashboard.

Does it have anything to do with the fact I bought a regular license?

1. How a user can be registered as a member of this theme? what plugin did you use for membership subscription?

2. if you developed your own membership subscription plugin or Code, do you have the plan to adopt recurring membership in the future? if not, why?

3. The complete Marketplace event theme should have DIrectory (Listing) section, in which users can list their business in the directory section. It means companies, event organizers, and event suppliers will be able to list themselves and interact with each other to find the business opportunities and proper suppliers on the website too. Will you test if this theme will support one of the top directory plugins?

4. base on point 3 explanation, some companies, real estate agencies or peoples want to rent their place to event organizers, therefore, the good marketplace theme should support the event venue booking system to let them list their place in the directory section and promote the location. on the other side, another party can book the venue base on availability through this system. for sure there is some plugin to be used for, but, you may develop it your own, so, any plugin test or will you add this feature as it is MUST have for event marketplace.

5. Again, it is necessary to have Help/Support features for the good Marketplace theme, which the users will be able to contact with event platform support to solve the issues or if there is any kind of question. this is Must have again for Marketplace theme. something similar to OVAtheme’s support section. did you test any plugin? or any plan for this?

6. BuddyPress and bbPress support will give the opportunity and chances to both sides, companies, organizers to post and advertise their future events and former event image and videos. plus, attendees will be able to interact and socialize with the same related interest over there and ask the question from experts. when will you test these plugins?

7. Is this theme WPML support for multilingual platforms?

8. How robust are this theme and its features to be used as a heavy marketplace? Any test or data to show such a heavy user test?
