Yes, you can translate the Theme in any language by translating the po file of the Theme Language as per your requirements OR you can use Loco Translate or WPML plugin as well for translating the Theme.

1. That is nothing but the cache issue, please remove all the cache of your server, site and deactivate all the cache plugins including AutoOptimize plugin as well and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve.

2. Yes, you can change its size but using Custom CSS, and also you can not change its location.

Sorry to say that but this is not the default functionality of the Theme, Any third party plugin or the Customization has been used for it on the site, You can asked from the Author of that particular site about it.

Hi, I haven’t been updating a site for a while. After updating to latest version of wp and plugins, I finally started updating Porto theme and I have got an issue: it requires to install Porto Functionality plugin, however while plugin installation it brakes the site completely, so I had to put it up from backup. I tried on different servers and it’s the same issue. Anytime Porto Functionality plugin is installed it brakes the site both in admin and front end.

The site is working well without this plugin, however it prompts on the back end that this plugin is required. Could you please take care of this issue. Thank you

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for visual composer as well it is up to you.

I hope you will not find this issue anymore and if yes then please share your site WP-Admin Login details and CPanel Login details via our support system so our experts will check it for you but after extension your support extension because your support is expired from 26/10/2017.

That’s what seemed to be a problem: 3 plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) needed to be deactivated before updating the theme to the new version with Porto Functionality plugin. Sorry to say that but by default WooCommerce does not provide the functionality to create a collection page you have to use any third-party plugin for it, OR you can use wishlist functionality for it.

Good morning. I’m developing my website with the Porto theme and the behaviour is not logical in some cases. On the pages where I show products for sale, I always get a warning telling that there is a problem because the file bootstrap.js.map is missing. Is this normal?

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still the issue will be there then remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so our experts will check it for you.

Others popular thems already solved this problem and after click “add to cart” in quick view window You stay in same page, where You opened “quick view” (category page for example). This is how it works with Porto WordPress Theme, but I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

You can download the latest plugin from here:

And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Regarding WP Bakery version 6.1 last released on 13-12-2019, we are testing it with the Theme and soon you will find the plugin with the Theme update so till that please be patience.

FYI The new 5.1.1 is blocking the WP Admin Bar on the front end. We verified it by using a default WP template with all the same plugins active. Admin bar was showing fine prior to the update. So the issue is coming from the new version updated theme 5.1.1. Need version fix asap.
