Amazing Theme!I would like to ask if it is possible to create two different portfolios because every time I add a new portfolio with WP Bakery Builder is adding the same portfolio.Is it possible to have two different portfolios containing specific items like only audios and only videos?Thank you so much!

My client has run into another issue when on the tablet.

When you play the music from the Recent Releases or the song/album pages, the songs play but you can’t hear the audio unless you pause the song and then press play again. Then you’re able to hear the audio. This is only from the tablet. Phone and Pc versions work fine.

Is there a way to fix this? He was using IOS and on safari.

We just purchased your Spectra theme, installed it and its related plugins, and then attempted the demo import function. This was not an ideal import, as there were over 75 “Media already exists” and “Failed to Import” errors, even though this is a brand new WP installation with no other plugins except those which come bundled with Spectra. Screenshot found here.

AJAX does not work at all on the frontend. When AJAX Load is toggled on, with/without cache, and regardless the status of the asynchronous toggle, I get a never-ending loading icon accompanied by these errors in console:

I tried to update php to 7.4 and it crashed. When I went back to 7.2 the logo no longer shows up. I can’t find any documentation on how to update the logo. Can you please guide me to your support documents that do so?

Hi, I do have an issue. Anytime the plugin “Spectra Toolkit” is active my website becomes very slow, actually it doesn’t load the pages at all. How can I fix this? Thanks Andrea

I have been having issues with this theme since I installed it. So today I made a fresh installation so that I can import the demo and access the documentation but to no avail. I wanted to access the documentation of the theme to be more specific

But but after the latest wordpress updates I can no longer update the site, because the “Visual composer” component no longer works. What can I do? I downloaded the latest version of the template, is it enough to install this to make it work again?​​​ Or do I have to buy the component? I’d like to keep your template and not rebuild the website​​ again.

WPbakery/visual composer wont work. WP bakery says I need an update from you with a new version. It asks me to get a license. VC was a huge part for me in buying this theme, so please give me some support here.
