On GMAPS for WP Bakery Page Builder and do not see an option to enter the API key, where is that? please advise as the map out of the box is broken.

You need to follow the message and check console for more detail about the error. Probably you missed some permissions or settings while creating API key. Current theme download has the CSS file showing version 6.2.5 and the Core Plugin requiring version 6.2.6 and is displaying an error message on the front end of the website. Please fix the CSS file in the download to reflect the correct version of theme so the error does not show.

Where do you download updated theme archive? We have checked ThemeForest archive and the theme version is correct 6.2.6. Archive for the auto-update also is correct. So, go to WP Dashboard > Updates > press Force check button and update XStore theme to version 6.2.6 if you have already updated XStore core plugin to 2.0.0 version.

Hi!
I’m trying to set up a custom product layout in the shop page by using WPBakery Grid builder, I have created a custom grid item, and added it in the customizer https://i.imgur.com/SeFRn7F.png but it loads the default layout not my custom made. In case I try other layouts like Booking or Light it’s working fine.
Am I missing something?
Looks like just figured it out.
If I have 2 grid items, then it works fine.
So looks like a small bug on your end.

I want to use the “8Theme menu options” to be more specific I want to use the “menu items is shown only for” option. The thing is that it doesn’t see to actual work for me. I select “logged users” and it keeps showing the menu label for unlogged users. Do I need to do something else aside what I’ve already done?

Hei, do you experience any troubles with WPBakery plugins instalation. I copied all files to FTP, there are now all new files but on Admin page i see “Update Failed: The package could not be installed.” Is there any technical problem at the moment?

There is no technical problem at the moment. If you update plugin via FTP then there won’t be any update notice in the Dashboard. But if you try to update plugin via Dashboard using default update tool then you may face that notice because bundled plugins do not support auto-update https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins If you need to update WPBakery you can go to Plugins > disable plugin, remove it and go to Appearance > Install plugins > install plugin again to get the updated version.

Actually products import is not related to theme, it’s WooCommerce plugin territory. If you want to import products using csv file you can try default WooCommerce import https://gyazo.com/92f0e66ce8a74b65bc21cd861078a909 or WP All import https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-import/ for example or any other similar.

Hello, I seem to be the only one in the support forum that is not getting any answers so I am bringing it here. When you list a product through the Dokan frontend dashboard, the Title, description, cart, and everything else is under product thumbnail on the left side of the page. The right side is just a big blank space and when I go to single product layout to change the layout, the single product page stays in the same position but the image change size and that’s all. No layout change. I wanted the title, description cart e.g on the right of the image. Also, the footer is doing the same thing. Footer 3 & 4 are underneath 1 & 2. I deactivated the theme and everything was good.

Can you please help me with solving my problem… I have bought your template and I was building my weshop for past few months. Now it’s live and clients are complaining because add to card icons and buttons do not work properly.
On Chrome, everything is ok. But on Explorer and mobile devices there are problems. When someone clicks on add to cart button, on iPhone the spinnig icon is shown and it keeps spinning – nothing happens. The product is added to the cart but costumers don’t know it, so they keep clicking the icon or button and eventualy leave our webiste without making a purchase. On Explorer, after clicking the button, icon disappears and nothing happens. Only empty button stays there. Again, product is actualy added to cart, but costumers don’t know it.
What can we do? Your theme is really great, but this problem is costing us sales. Please help!

Try to disable “AJAX Add To Cart For Simple Products” in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout or enable “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General > Add to cart behaviour.

Block access to the Wordpress admin. The PHP version is 5.6.25 can this be? It is a 2nd installation of the XStore theme, do I need a license for this 2nd website?

XStore supports the default WooCommerce widgets like Filter by Attribute, Price filter and Product categories widget, the last one is just a list of categories, not filter. But if you want to filter by tags and categories or any other things you need to look for additional plugins. There are many plugins for these purposes, for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/
But don’t forget that you need to use correct selectors in plugin settings to make it work.
