Hi, We are looking for purchase this theme. But before purchase we need to conform this features available in this theme.
1. Only Administrator should have ability to Add New Courses, assign Teachers to Courses, View how many students registered for Course etc.
2. Students can only view courses, view teachers for courses, register for course by adding the course to Shopping Cart and checking out through Paypal etc.
3. Teachers should be able to register and select which courses they can teach etc.
before I buy your theme, I have two questions:
1. The theme allows the consultation and downloading of timetables for each user ?
2. The theme allows teachers to enter grades and for students to view grades ?

Sorry we use LearnPress plugin I think don’t have this feature.
My issue is still unresolved. Every time I try to reach the dashboard I get this pop-up and cannot get passed it:
“Congrats! Your site is ready! We have successfully completed the installation of the items you selected. You may now proceed to your WordPress dashboard and start managing your site.”
I tried to create a ticket but got this response, “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.” ... hence this posting. Please assist.

Yes I imported demo data but there is a bug in the system. No, matter where I navigate to I get the same pop-up. Please help or should I delete it (I don’t know how) and re-load it? Frustration high right about now, it’s taken a week for no result. Can’t fix the bug and can’t send the ticket.

I followed your advice, watched the video, got everything seemingly working except this very frustrating issue that when I try to go to the “dashboard” (I’m prompted by the site to do so) the prompt just keeps repeating and I cannot access it. We are currently using Eikra theme but we have found some bug like the spacing is not working on the frontend but is showing on backend. We have added “SPACE ” under the heading (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/qlq8ga) and it showing on the editor/backend (see: https://prnt.sc/qlq9d7) however when we update the changes, the added space is NOT working on the frontend (see: https://prnt.sc/qlqa7i). We have problems in adding text and paragraphs on the editor even we have updated the WPBakery to 5.5.4 because it is not working also on 5.5.2 version. Can you help us with this issue, please?

2) Don’t clear which button not working. You can edit content from admin end which data come from post type like course, instructor, Event….. it need to edit from post type data. please send me screenshot.

Hi, I have some presale questions. I need a theme for a site offering offline courses. The site is only intended to sell courses and is also to be a place to register for a course. In this regard, I have some questions. 1) Can I turn off login options? I don’t need an account for course participants (at least for now). 2) Registration form. Can it be easily modified? Can I add different options, additional fields (for example invoice data), or can I add fields with consents to data processing, marketing consents, terms and use consents (with link to the T&U)? Important thing. Is it possible to see a preview (demo) of such registration form? 3) Can I put a video on the main page (in the “about us” section, e.g. from You Tube)?

2. Not possible from admin panel, you need to write additional codes to achieve that.

I think you have some different needs and you need custom development to achieve these doesn’t matter whatever theme your purchase.
