Hello! Does anyone have the problem below? Theme files run on CloudFront + S3.
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.waypoints is not a function at Object.start (fusion-flexslider.js.gzip?ver=1:1) at jquery.flexslider.js.gzip?ver=2.2.2:1
I removed CloudFront + s3 to see if the file was corrupted when compressing or transferring, but the error still remains.

Hi, I just have purchased support but it does not work at all. There’s no option either to update this. And I have another serious issue. My site is online but on mobile phones it is not updated, this is not good at all when visitors visit the site and see everything is wrong.

It would honestly depend on the interface you are using. For example, our docs make use of the Avada theme, https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/products/avada/ (even then sub-pages of the documentation)

Your Dynamic content function is a real great idea. It would be even better if we could add the author elements, such as the author name, the author description, his/her social icons, the author gravatar image in blog/page/product posts. That way, we could create customized blog posts easily.

WooCommerce icons can only be enabled or disabled for the both headers, however you should be able to customize this using custom CSS.

Hello Avada Team,
I just installed Revolution Slider within Avada project. But now I always see a notification, which says, the plugin is not registered and I have to register it with a purchase code.
So I connot use Revolution Slider fully. When I bought your theme, I thought, it also includes the plugin. How could this happen?? Where can I find the purchase code for the Rev. Slider?

I believe there is a misunderstanding here, Revolution Slider is shipped free to use with Avada an can definitely be used without any issues, the notification that you see is actually regarding the premium version of slider and for that you need to purchase a stand alone license, you can read more about this in details here => https://bit.ly/2PVAihq

Not happy that I have purchased the theme, yet I cannot access the slider revolution ‘add ons’ because it requires a license code. On your own site for Avada you advertise that I should be able to access all the add ons, yet I cannot when I have installed the plugin/theme. Please do not tell me I need to renew my support for this because I should be able to access the features as advertised!

There could have been a slight misunderstanding here. We have not advertised that you can access the Rev slider addons via the Avada’s bundle. You have access to all the functions of the plugin but access to the premium content will need a purchase. Access to their premium content will require you to register the plugin separately

I know this has been asked before but in my case, all the images are stored locally in the custom upload folder where I put it in /images folder and by doing this, I also have set the following configuration at wp-config.php:
/** Specify wordpress upload dir */ define( ‘UPLOADS’, ’’.’images’ );
but at this point Avada doesn’t detect my ‘images’ directory and given that message that I use remote URLs but the images are stored locally (I dont use URL). How do I suppress this message?

Hi, I would like to buy this theme to use the Daycare layout. However, I see that on the demo home page of the Daycare layout, the menu is vertical on the left hand side. I would like to have the menu horizontally at the top of the page as shown on your Vet, Charity, Health, etc. demos. Is this possible?

Yes, that is indeed quite possible. You can simply change the header to a top header via our theme options. We also have 7 different header layout available in the theme options(for a top header)

Modal is not centered:
