Hello, I appreciate the eventr page and template quite much, very organized and informative. I tried to post a ticket but it says “Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product.”, and that is the code I took from the site.
Sorry if my questions are a bit dull, but I am pretty new to Wordpress. I have two questions. -I am trying to activate the event registration, but for now I’m not receiving the emails. I created the admin default email and placed a mailchimp API key but still not receiving the registration event emails. Is there anything else I should do? Everything appears active to me. -The other thing should probably be pretty simple. On the default template, “Program” has 3 tabs, Day1, Day2 and Day3. My event has morning, afternoon and B2B tabs, however it’s placed alphabetically and I want the morning to appear in the first tab. Should I add something to the Schedule Date tab? Just name, description, slug and count appear to me on that table.

We own the HTML version of this layout and are very happy with it. However, we are looking at moving to wordpress, we we will be running the same event, but in different locations so guests/speakers will be different.
Can you confirm if the wordpress version is a lot easier to update when it comes to adding additional guests/speakers details.
Also.. the ‘Program’ aspect in HTML has to be hand-written all the time. Can you confirm that the word-press version of this template allows the ‘Program’ to be written a lot easier?
Ideally. If you have a demo account to look at that would be great?

If I add a program that starts at 00h10, it goes to the top of the list, even if I select the next day in Program Date.

Hi, there is an error with the themecube plugin on last update, appears to be a conflict between themecube core and themecube shortcodes, both work without the other activated but when they are active together the error below is displayed

Hey guys, I am trying to log a ticket, but it says the purchase code is for another purchase, which is not true. Please help:
I am having an issue with the modal on my site. It was working fine, but now when I click it the modal falls behind the overlay and the content of the form is not clickable and the page jams and needs to be reloaded. I’ve tried removing and adding again, but no luck.

If I update the PHP version from 5.6 to 7.2 the theme no longer works. The following error is displayed in the frontend:
