Hey developer, I would professionally appreciate if you investigate my issue rather than asking me to pay or deny help immediately.

The issue is with your theme and we have not altered or changed the coding of the theme, installing a fresh theme makes the same issue, the latest tab content does not update with the latest post. How is it that something you guys made that breaks and we clients have to pay to get it fixed. I am very familiar with envato as my main account has purchased numerous themes here and something you made and it breaks and you deny support will get in you in trouble as a developer.

Customer services is what makes theme developers stellar sellers here, I believe you have your own way, but does not work here, check all the comments here where you ask for payment before helping, see how many irate buyers you have here. Change your approach so you will have patrons, rather than people like me questioning now your integrity.

Assist my issue and get a fix, its your theme that breaks.

I can assure you that the theme is not broken and that you have simply not set the theme up properly.

Yes, customer service is important, but you are given 6 months of support included when you purchase the theme. When that 6 months expires, you will need to purchase more support if you wish to receive help with the setup of the theme.

But this theme has been purchased over 3,600 times and none of the installations (including the demo) have a bug that prevents the latest posts from displaying. I have had a few customers here and there who have had difficulty in setting up the theme and need help with the setup, and those that have had current support have received my help and had their issues resolved. But there is nothing wrong with the theme itself and I can only suggest that you carefully read through the documentation in order to correct your issue. If you still need help, you will need to renew your support.

Ok I understand, so is this something that you guys do on purpose, to affect certain websites after the support has expired, so we are forced to buy muy support, rather than giving us some simple help or answers after having been loyal supporters of your templates? Asking for a friend..

No. And I am not even sure how manipulating code after a certain period of time would even be possible.

What I am saying is that it is very likely an issue with something you or a plugin changed within the theme settings or code, and has nothing to do with the theme itself. And for me to look into the change that you or a plugin has made, you will need to renew your support.

Hello, thanks for yout help. I did that already. And I desable evry cache function in order to have instant view changes. I understand that in languages folder are place the *.mo *.po and *.pot files to rename them by (in my case ) es_ES But it does’t work for me.

This is an example: in translation files we have the following:

msgid “By” msgstr ””

I undestand that the expressin msgid stands for the word written in php file as to be printed, and that msgstr is the expression where I should set the translation. it does not work for me. Am I understanding right, or should I change the msgid value? The only way that works is when I directly change in php files, but I understand that in further updates that woud be in vain because it would return to original language of the theme. It is important for you to know that already desable any cache plugin or function on server. Thanks.

The theme allows you to change many of the colors of the site, such as the navigation backgrounds and text and primary/secondary colors.

What specifically are you trying to customize with regard to the header? You can customize quite a bit about the header, like whether to use a top/bottom section, what menu items to display and what colors to use for the background and text.

I’m not seeing that issue in the demo, so please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. And if you are still seeing this issue, you will need to renew your support and then submit a ticket at the Support Center and I’ll look into this for you.
