Using the settings “Show Skeleton Screens” on any of 4 possible pages/areas is causing major problems. In some browsers like IE the website is loading forever with the dark skeleton and shimmer effect. Only in Chrome the skeleton disappears to reveal the actual content. Useless feature at the moment, please fix.

I have just tested it with latest version of Chrome browser and also with 11+ versioon of IE browser and you are right, it is not working fine with 11+ version of the IE browser, I am really sorry for this inconviniance and really thankfull to you for notifying this issue to me, I am forwerding this to the development department for testing it deep and fixing it with the future upcoming updates of the Theme, so please be patience till that and again really sorry for this inconviniance and last thing this is not useless feature, If you do not want to use it, simply turn it OFF.

wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/layout.php
wp-content/themes/porto/share.php

And thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

This is not because of my given code as you can clearly see that I provided the code in the media query which only works for mobile screen sizes and it does not have any effect on the Desktop version of the site. So, please try once after clearing the server, site cache and finally check your site after removing the browser cache. Yes, you can do this, by simply using Porto Product Category element on your site any page.

Please follow the steps listed below:

1. Go to Products >> Categories and create a new Category and named it as Special Offer.
2. Now assign all the Special Offer Products to that particular Category.
3. Go to the particular Page and add/insert/set the Porto Product Category element.
4. Set the particular Product Cateogry slug name or Id in it as showing in this screensho: https://ibb.co/zZGg4TC
5. Save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Ok, thats great, but i have looked at previous answers on how to get the mega menu to look the same but when i try to copy the in the custom CSS it don’t turn out as the narrow menu looks. i used this.

79569 website : html has waited for 21 hours without reply

How can I reopen a ticket? It’s very annoying you automatically close tickets after a few days. You can’t expect everyone reacting within 72h and then just delete all the text/conversation so I have to start all over again. It’s not the first time it happens to me. Think on user experience please! At least make an archive function on your site at smartwave.freshdesk.com/support

The support system automatiically close the ticket from which it does not get the reply with in 48 hours, and it because of the easyness of our Customers as this brings in our mind a trigger that we must have to reply and solve all the support tickets with in 48 hours, So you have to reply your suppot tickets within 48 hours.

And if you are unable to do it, then you can simply reopen the closed support ticket by replying that ticket after 48 hours as well: We have this rule enabled ‘Automatically reopen tickets when the customer responds’..

That’s ok but how can you re-open a ticket if it has disappeared out of the tickets section at smartwave.freshdesk.com/support/tickets? I do have your answers as a copy in emails, but not my part of the conversation nor the additional infos provided in the sidebar like login, server details etc.. I would like to disable Google fonts from loading. Is there a way to disable it?

I tried going to Theme Options > Skin > Typography and enabling “Select Google Font Character Sets” and then disabled everything, but that didn’t change.

I also added tried adding the following to my child theme’s functions.php, but it had no effect:

The Theme uses Google Font can be disabled from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography.. And after that, the Google Fonts appearing on your site can be loaded from different plugins like WP Bakery, RS, Contact Form… etc… So you have to disable it from those plugins as well by Customizing those plugins.
