You can enable/install the fusion builder by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Plugins. If you still do not see it then please ensure you have it enabled for post type. This can be checked by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Fusion builder ⇒ Settings, Screenshot here

We do not have a Video Carousel element by default however you should be able to create a carousel using Revolution Slider, it has an option for carousel and you can add your videos in each slide.

is there any options to disable main menu hover? I want to manually click the main menu to appear the sub menu instead of hovering.

Hi I purchased another license for Avada using my account. My account now has two Avada licenses for two websites. But when I tried to generate the Envato token, and copy the license key into WordPress, it said it is invalid. Please advise urgently. Hello I am using Slider Revolution (supplied with Avada) however it doesn’t load through Firefox? Works perfectly with Chrome.

There is no issue with the Revolution Slider at all being displayed on FireFox, please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue, also please make sure that you are using the latest version of Avada and Revolution Slider both, if however the issue persists, please open a support ticket and our support team will gladly look into this for you right away.

Hello, I have question about post in post. When I check (inspect) code, it says iframe, video-shortcode, then embed-title,... it says iframe, width:600px, which is too wide for mobile, and it doesn’t look good, when I put it 100% it works fine, but not sure where can I adjust that setting?
Basically in post I have just link to another post, there is no shortcode, nothing, just link in editor. Thanks.

Well this is THEME bug as I updated theme to latest and the bug is still here, and I can’t use support as my support expired, funny thing is that I didn’t use avada until now, so I actually didn’t need support till now. How to get help if my support expired?

Pagespeed is terrible..when will you sort the theme on ( especially on mobile) google pagespeed?

There are several factors that affect the pagespeed (including WP core, plugins, custom code). Google actually switched to Lighthouse for page speed results.
