Hello. The file that appears out of date is fast-food/woocommerce/cart/cross-sells.php version 3.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.4.0. The other files ( woocommerce/archive-product.php ) are shown as they can be able to override to prevent display issues. (I’ll have to tell that to my developer). Thanks

Can you please tell us which version of the theme are you using? In the current release of the theme, cross-sells.php should have

at the top, meaning that it should cover WooCommerce version up to 4.8.0 without notices.

Hi, had this theme a while and it’s great. However is there any way to make the menu link text on the homepage black but keep it white on all other pages? As my homepage image is white so needs black text.
Same with the logo, any chance to have a different logo just on the homepage than all the other pages so I can do it in black version on homepage but the light version on all others?

Related to the menu styling, it can most likely be set up using page additional settings, and certainly using custom CSS.

In the process of import, our script first downloads the images into the Media Library and then the rest of the content (pages, posts, products etc).
Within your WordPress instance, the images are not being downloaded for some reason.
Do you have the access to the php error log? If so, please check the errors related to image download attempts by the import script. That is the only way to pinpoint the causes of the issue.

Hey there, we seem to have an issue where a couple of the menu links are redirecting to the login page. Doesn’t happen when logged-in. Deactivated all the plugins. When I switched to Twenty Twenty the problem stopped. Apparently the new WordPress 5.5 version is conflicting with your theme. I also updated the Fast Food plugin and it’s not that. Please check into this and let us know how to fix it.

Hey there I found out it was a plugin. Not sure why swapping themes appeared to fix it but it is the Send Pdf for CF7 plugin. I just found out and disabled it. Thank you for checking for us!! I appreciate your quick response.

The first set transforms circle to the box, the second one increases the zoom level. Please adjust the number accordingly, the default zoom is 1.2

As you have noted, although Fast Food has the general WooCommerce support it does not have specific food delivery features out of the box. You need to use third party plugin of your choice if you need specific food delivery shop functionality.

The issue was with SG optimization plugin. Its Combine CSS option introduced a bunch of css glitches including setting the header to invisible. We have turned it off and the header is fine now. Also, for some reason the menu was not completely imported, but it is visible and you can add the pages you need to it during the process of customization.

Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have a logo related override set on the Green Demo home page and it causes the problem. Please remove it and the logo on that page should reflect the global setting.

It’s solve. But now I have another problem. On Google Chrome the menu is not correctly display. He is under the logo but I had configure it to be on the right of the logo.
This bug is exclusively on Google Chrome on desktop version, not on other browser.
I probably find why but I don’t know how to fix it. It’s because the social icon are visible on the pages who have the bug, but I don’t want to see it. How can I remove it without add a display none.

Why does my Wordpress backend show the correct custom accent colours I have chosen (black and green) but then show red when I load it in Google Chrome / Safari? I have updated the website and can see correct colours on wordpress but it doesn’t carry over? I’m really confused!

I haven’t got time to be filling out loads of forms just to get an answer. I also keep getting these error messages:

This is the hardest to use wordpress theme I have ever used.
Unfortunately the issue does not seem trivial, so you can either submit a ticket or send us email with WP admin credentials to info@bold-themes.com so that we can take a closer look at this.
In either way, we will need some time to find out what is going on and submitting a ticket might be actually a faster way for you to get an answer.
Regarding error messages this JS file (ambiance-image.js) is not part of our theme. The error is probably caused by some 3rd party plugin.

Cost calculator doesn’t have the option to send calculation to admin mail? Tab isn’t visible

If you edit the page with the cost calculator and edit the calculator element you will notice various contact form related settings under the contact-form tab. There you can switch on the default contact form or associate related CF7 form you want to use.

Yes, but “admin email” doesn’t receive the form, only the client (when checked) receives the form. I want only me to receive the form.

If you don’t want to send the email to the visitor, please uncheck the Send Email to Client checkbox on contact-form tab of cost calculator element.
On the other hand, the email is sent to the admin by default. It can be that the email ends up in the spam folder. Cost Calculator uses default wp_mail function for sending both emails (admin and client).
