I am having issues with the team and the pre loaded plugins.
I am getting the following when trying to update the theme and install the required plugins: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Any suggestions as ive tried reinstalling everything and discussed this with my host and everything is pointing back to the files.

Hello Im using the Mining theme,can you please help me how to import the Slider as the example shows? I already tried to import all the samples that are in the slider-revolution-demo Folder
everything looks like the sample but the slider is not showing it says “Slider with mining alias not found”

since BeTheme version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.
However, if you already imported pre-built website and don’t have slider, means you did not installed Slider Revolution plugin before the demo import (there is an information during the import process, which plugins have to be installed first). In such case, you have to go thru import process once again but this time import slider only.

Im pretty sure the slider was activated before I imported the demo, I also deleted everything and made sure everything was installed and active before importing the demo and I still have the same error, I also tried to thru import once again importing only the slider and I still have the same error, how can I fix this, it is getting very annoying
there is an error on this theme, I’m actually choosing to only import slider info, and it is importing the menu again. I used this template in the past and I had no problems, but Im having problems now, there has to be something wrong or different that I do not realize, I bought another license and this is giving me this problem

Hi, Why you dont use any alternate options for plugin that are not update since long time like “Disable Real MIME Check” and “Force Regenerate Thumbnails” its too old and gives warning and hacked my site too. you should use any alternate option for that. please can you help me about that out dated plugins.?

we know that both plugins has not been updated for quite long time but to be honest, we use them both in many places and did not noticed any vulnerability issues. In our opinion both plugins are safe and works fine. If you found vulnerabilities, please tell us where they are exactly.

This is just Wordfence opinion that we can not agree with. If plugin is compatible with the most recent version of WP there is simply no need to make updates. Thus, if your admin found vulnerability issues we would be grateful for further details. Unfortunately, the screenshot above does not say anything and is not any proof of real vulnerabilities.

If you are sure that you removed anything that came with BeTheme installation, you have to fill the refund request once again as previous was declined.

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.
P.S. The most recent version of WPBakery bundled with theme is 6.1
